THE PLACE IS NOT CLEAN
Naz Cinema opened in Fremont California in a remote area about 14-15 years ago. It was a run down place with smelly everything . The toilets were as if we were in some very run down filthy 3rd rate cinema in India. The owner opened a  restaurant next door. It was open from 10 or 11 am every day (7 days). We went there one weekend and there was a notice on the door saying that they will open at 4 pm that day. We had driven 45 miles one way. Well, I sent a letter to the owner about this. Till today I have not received a reply. I just asked him that you have an ad in India West every week about this place, you could have said that the place will open at 4 pm on such and such a day. Period.
But ??
Then Naz moved to the second location as Naz 8. The place was a bit better but still a low rate. We went to see a Bengali film with English sub-titles. No sub titles at all. When we complained they said so what-no refunds if the sysytem did not work. We are non-bengalis so we had no idea what was going on. Once we went to see a Hindi picture, on the window was a South Indian person selling some south Indian film  tickets, he yelled on me so bad that this window is for South Indians only. It did not say anything on the outside. It must have been my mistake. When on hires minimum wage workers, this is what you get. When you enter they check your bags to see if we are smuggling any food or drinks inside.
Now Naz 8 is at the third location in Fremont. This place was a run down $2.00 cinema. The place is still the same. Dirty, smelly and stinking toilets, the employees misbehaving, stale overpriced food and drinks.
When we go to see an English picture, we get well mannered employees, clean toilets, hygenic food and no stinking cinema hall and if there is anything wrong they fix it at once.
