Carly is great at listening to your concerns and explaining her approach. I've had several massages from her, using a few different techniques, and all gave me the results I was looking for.
Definitely the only place I go when I want a massage. -

I've had massages from Carly a few times now and each time leaves me relaxed and unknotted. She's great a several different styles and tailors the sessions based on what you want and need.
Her office is clean, soothing and has a nice comforting atmosphere.
I've had worse massages that cost me a lot more. You can't go wrong with Carly. -

Carly, the owner of Nautilus, is an amazing massage therapist! she has worked on me both for specific problems as well as simple relaxation, and I've always left her table feeling stellar. She is incredibly intuitive and is versed in a number of modalities to easily adapt to what I need for that session. Unlike other massage therapists I've been to, Carly takes time at during each session to really find out what I need out of the massage. Her new office is a serene little bubble centrally located right near 30th and Adams. I've referred tons of people to her and even gave my step-mom a gift certificate to Nautilus for mom's day!

Love me some Carley!

Carly is an amazing masseur. She is totally focused and gives off great energy. I've had her work on me a handful of times and always left feeling relaxed and stress free.

I absolutely hate being touched by anyone other than really close friends, and I'm really protective of my personal space. The last time I went to San Diego, some friends talked me into letting Carly give me a little massage, and I'm glad they did! I was surprised at how comfortable I felt with her. I felt like she actually respected my boundaries and needs, and she adjusted her style based on my feedback. I'll definitely be back.

I've had about a half dozen house call massages from the proprietor and she is great! Very professional, I never felt weird having her in my home while I was all naked under a sheet. I'm looking forward to checking out her storefront location in the near future.

I have had many massages by various people and Carly, the owner of Nautilus Bodywork has the best technique I've come across. She is intuitive and really connects with what my body needs. I also must add that she did an amazing job with pregnancy (prenatal) massage when I was pregnant! I highly recommend her talented hands!

not a bad massage, but it felt really amateur. i expected a lot better, maybe because of the overwhelmingly positive yelp reviews. i prefer IPSB and inner balance in pacific beach for affordable massages.

Carly provides a perfect blend of a light, positive spirit, and complete focus on what she is doing. Her skills in a variety of techniques allow you to choose an option that works best for you, and I have always enjoyed the work she has done on me. She is someone who is meant to be doing this, and it shows in the fantastic job she does!
