Review from L M.
San Jose, CA
I'll preface by saying, if you're expecting spa services in a spa-like environment, this is a 2-star review; If you're expecting pricey spa treatments in what is really a glorified hair and nail salon, then Naturals might be the right place for you, and this is a 3-star review.
This used to be my regular spot for pedicures, mainly because I felt loyal to my nail girl, whom I'd been going to for years. They are terribly expensive, with prices I could never justify given that it's not a genuine day spa. Your nail services take place in the same area where they are shampooing and cutting/blow drying hair. Pedi chairs are comfy and the products are of better quality than your average $20 nail salon.
This is where my problems began. I was paying $50 + gratuity for a French Pedicure (yes, one of their more affordable ones) and didn't get a massage that was supposed to be included. They said it was because it took them too long to do my french tips. OK, I'm paying extra for the french, therefore you should have time for a little massage that comes with it. If they are not skilled enough to fit a french into their allotted time, then they should go over a measly 5-7 minutes. I was nice, nice, nice and kept returning...over years, though I never left relaxed (I know, I'm an idiot.)
I also had a few massages there; Those particularly were a joke. One time, I had to listen to a customer on the phone outside the room call her husband and plan what kind of pizza to pick up for dinner. Really?! Another time, the receptionist walked in mid-treatment and asked my massage therapist if she wanted to take a phone call (um, excuse me?!), so I was then left alone for almost 10 minutes with the time not made up at the end. That doesn't work for me, thank you.
Bottom line, if you have a gift certificate to use, it's fine as long as you have lowered expectations. But for the inflated prices, there are so many day spas that offer better treatments with complete spa amenities. I think they only do pedicures 3 days a week now. No surprise that they've lost their clientele. -

I got a spa gift card for christimas and i never got the chance to use it until yesterday. I had an over all great experience. I received a microdermabrasion facial. [A new service I had never tried0] First the microdermabrasion, then a facial right after. WOW! my skin has never felt so clean and soft!!! The price was just right too. Normally the microdermabrasion is $150 per visit at other places. But for $145, I got both the microdermabrasia & the complete facial!! No more going to Los Gatos for me! Their Friendly & knowledgeable staff made me feel extremely comfortable. They also have great skin care products too. i will definitely be coming back within the next couple months! i recommended my sister to give this place a try, and she has an appointment next week!

I really enjoy the message by Esmeralda....She does such a great job on the deep tissue. They have friendly service and if you search for the specials the deals are pretty good. I have had the facial and I was so relaxed. I really like it there.

After reading the less than stellar reviews, I almost cancelled my appointment. That would have been a major mistake. Here is a current review. I had been trying out several spas looking for a new place, and this was my last hope, and it is now my new "home". It's cute, its clean, and I got every thing that was listed, something many places don't seem to do. Hannah does the mannies and peddies and and they are a slice of heaven. You get to choose your " smell " for the lotion she uses. She gives a glorious massage,(try the hot stone one) and does a great job overall. Another plus, there aren't groups of workers chatting away in their language while working on a client, something most of us find to be rude behavior. I also got my eyebrows done on another visit, and it was done perfectly. I had forgotten my brow powder, and they offered to do it for me, no extra charge. I am so happy I have found this new spot. One other nice thing, they call the day before to confirm.

My daughters in law and I went here last weekend. Liked the facial but the Cozu melt massage and exfoliation was somewhat of a waste of $$. The masseuse had a cold and coughed and coughed. Made me a little uncomfortable when she was sitting at my head breathing right on to me. She also left the room once during her coughing fits. Exfoliation consisted of lightly smoothing the sugar over body parts. Not enough pressure to exfoliate anything. The waiting area was most uncomfortable and cramped. Small fold up wooden chair, chairs badly in need of replacing. Clean well organized salon. Friendly staff but I would not return except maybe for a facial and eyebrow waxing which I enjoyed.
