I love food co-ops and I always try to support them when I am in a new area. This is a small store but they have a wide variety of a little bit of everything, they have a very nice dry goods section with nuts, beans, pastas and so on. They also have a nice probiotic selection, beauty products, and a little cafe.
Everything is on the pricey side, but that is to be expected with natural and organic products, and the staff is very nice and helpful.
