This place hosts a great and extensive selection of wildlife arts including sculptures, paintings, textiles and etc. Here is where you will see what you're missing in the parks :)

The architecture itself was very cool, right by itself on the hill and surrounded by animal statues.

It's on the way to and from Jackson airport. You shouldn't miss it.

Perhaphs my favorite art museum of all time. With that biased statement out of the way, I'll just say this: great wildlife art, and if you're lucky you'll see a cool critter in the parking lot like I did. Even my buddies thanked me for making them come in and enjoy the art while on the way to Yellowstone National Park! Not that they had a choice since I was driving.

This place was cool. I really like the view from the place. During the winter across the way there are sleigh rides through the elk and plains varmits.Inside don't expect a full on NYC exhibit or LA gallery opening. The exhibits are cool and they wander which I like, unlike some other museums. Whatever, I had too kill tome before my flight left and V.P.Cheany f*** up the airport.. Ya that dick has a place up there. Our tax dollars at work. SORRY... go see the museum if you get the chance.. it's cool.

Definitely worth the trip. Gives you a great feel for the wildlife of the American west and western culture.

The museum is almost totally focused on wildlife from the western U.S. Since the museum is supposed to have a national focus, I hope they expand to include wildlife from other regions in the future.
