This National City branch is by far the friendliest and most helpful bank I have ever been to. All of the ladies that work there are super-nice, knowledgeable and funny. I feel like I'm hanging out when I go in there. I have had a few problems that I needed their help with, and each time they did their best to explain things to me and help me get the matters taken care of. If you would like a new banking family, stop in to this branch.
