My mom is more loyal to her manicurist than most people are to their best friends so when Tammy brought her nail practice over to Narcissus Skin and Nailcare (previously at Donna Pascoe Salon) my mom followed her. Actually by the looks of things when I was just there it appears that all of Boca has followed Tammy here...yes, she's that good when it comes to manis and perhaps even better when it comes to pedis!
Besides Tammy there is another nail technician here, Kim, who recently did my fills and after my fabulous appointment with Kim I realized how bad my nail technician at home is. Nails are the one thing I cheap out on (any place will pretty much do), but after experiencing appts with both Tammy and Kim I'm starting to think it may be worth it to shell out the dough.
And this is where my mom discovered Lori Ferbeyre, skin care specialist, who is a master at eyebrow waxing (mine still have their shape 3 weeks later!) and gives the most relaxing facials that will leave your skin glowing for days. One of Lori's other talents of many is makeup application. I went in for a trial back in March and was such a fan that we hired her to do makeup for my family for my wedding. There's usually something I want to change whenever I get my makeup done (ex: more eyeliner, lighten up the eyeshadow, etc), but both times I've gotten my makeup done with Lori I looked in the mirror and didn't change a change...it was perfect! In addition to my makeup for my wedding she also applied the makeup for my mom, mother-in-law, sister-in-law, and other family members....and everyone was thrilled with the results! She used mineral makeup on me, which at first made me nervous because the last time someone used mineral makeup on me I came out looking like a granny, but now I know it was that makeup artist's fault (or perhaps that brand of makeup) because I'm loving mineral makeup with Lori! Highly recommended for any bride (or anyone looking to get their makeup done for a special occasion). I should also probably mention Lori is always on time, extremely sweet and chatting so the time with her goes by fast, and a perfectionist. My type of gal!!Listed in: Wedding Planning

Kim is absolutely the best manicurist I have ever had. I have followed her for several years. My natural nails have never looked better.
