    AMAZING!!!

Such a small, cozy place that is comfortable and not too cheesy. I got a gift for a spa scrub and massage here and it was wonderful. The view was really nice, but the highlight was the service!

A great place for a reasonably priced, not too fancy, relaxing massage. I can't speak for the other services, but I can't wait to go back and find out!

Tip: The building is not labeled...mostly a residential area. Don't be intimidated by the elevator...old school but it works. Just push the button and wait for the light :-)  After walking up the several flights of stairs I learned the hard way!

Nami is the speakeasy of spas!  No sign outside, so get your maps out before you head over.  Actually, it's easy to walk to from the Copley T.  Just take Dartmouth street, left on Beacon.  Walk right in to 262 and use the ancient elevator if you so choose (I did.  It was frickin hot yesterday.  Didn't need another excuse to break out in sweat).

Nami is in a leeeeetle location on the top floor with room enough for two rooms for spa stuff and lobby.  The half-bathroom is located in the stairwell.  The colors impart a feeling like you're near the ocean (perhaps in it...).

But enough already, what was the massage like!?  I chose the signature spa treatment:  Green Tea & Crushed Rice Scrub wit Japanese Yuzu Moisturizing Massage.  Never had a scrub before and really looked forward to 2 hours of treatment!  The treatment was amazing and I left Nami literally glowing (did I go to the tanning salon??) and with baby soft skin!  Everyone should get a scrub.

Now, I learned a few things that imo slightly worsened my experience, but it was probably my own doing:
        1.  Empty your bladder!  I got up mid-treatment to go, and I lost my relaxation mode (it came back quickly however) and somehow lost a towel to cover me while treatments changed... Derp!
        2.  Just go home after spa.  Rather than walk for miles through Boston with slippery feet (and heels -- ah hem).  I need another leg/foot massage!
        3.  Arrive 15 minutes early (to fill out a form and to cool off!) -- which I did, thank god!  And enjoy a glass of water and/or tea.
        4.  But most of all -- enjoy to the fullest!  Rebecca and Nicole made me feel fantastic!

    IMHO,  What's missing here are:

    -  Some more artwork, that's proportional to the wall.  Not little image, big wall.

    -  Have some unity in the artwork.  Unity is a big part of Japanese philosophy.  (i.e.  If the art work is metal, keep the rest metal, if it's a wood frame, keep the rest wood frame, if it's a canvas or print, keep others that way too.)  In this case, it's not really having an eclectic decor, but a mismatch between being modern and not being modern.

    - Better mood lighting.

    -  A water fountain.  I don't think I'd seen it when I was there.  Water is relaxing.
Spas have water, it's like a prereq.  Plus, Nami=wave, wave= water.  Yes?

    Girly girl w/ money= Nami.
Girly girl w/ time = Nami
Me, no girly girl and no money = no Nami.

My husband and I just treated ourselves to a spa day at Nami.  We were so happy with the service, the treatments and the overall experience.  We both had massages, manicures, and pedicures.

I had a prenatal massage, which was amazing.  The nail products they use are supposedly 'pregnant lady safe'.  Regardless of that, I have to say that this manicure is has lasted the longest of any manicure I've had. Usually the paint ends up peeling or chipping off quickly but not this time!  My husband has also impressed with his massage and nail services.

Beyond their great services, their customer service was great.  All of the staff was friendly and warm.  They made us feel very comfortable and at home.  The location was convenient and the spa was extremely clean. I will definitely return to this spa soon!

What a lovely little spot in the South End!

A group of nine of us came here for Jessika's batchelorette party and we set up on the patio and had a fantastic and relaxing time.  Some folks had facials, some had mani/pedis, some just manis.  I should have booked a massage, but had booked a manicure already and was enjoying being social with the ladies.  The patio absolutely lovely, the inside clean and inviting, and the stations were very comfortable.  The colors and decor feel much more like a spa, even though they are a full service salon as well.  I enjoyed coming here very much.

The nail services, while pricy, were very nice and relaxing.  My nails look lovely, though with a few bubbles under the polish (why does that happen?  So annoying!)  The massage on my hards felt great and it made me a little sleepy.

A big thank you is in order for Nicole and Glen for hosting us and helping make Jessika's party so fun.  They are a delight, and I am sure that we'll all be back again for visits.

If you want a home away from home, Nami Spa is the place you want to be. Placed inside a beautiful brownstone building in the beautiful South End, this adorable haven is just around the corner from the Cyclorama, tons of fabulous eateries and is chop full of the sweetest, nicest beauty practitioners that I've probably met in Boston.  I was completely relaxed despite the 97 degree heat outside and the number of people attending the Yelp event didn't help either. Regardless, as soon as I saw those soft blue walls and felt the air conditioner on my skin, I was already theirs.

Also those who are a mite self conscious about seeing their image emblazoned on every wall--will appreciate the lack of large mirrors in the upstairs space (an overwhelming trend you'll find in many Newbury street spas) --however, Nami Spa had only a few mirrors--just the ones necessary for the hair/makeup section. I also like that there were no mirrors (except in the restrooms) in the lower space where the massages were taking place.

My hand and foot massage was given by the spa owner, Nicole, a completely unassuming, kind and gentle person who did wonders on my feet and hands, working them slowly and even massaged my individual fingers and toes. I felt calm and relaxed, the massage chair was downy soft and comfortable, the lights in the lower floor were soft and comforting. I felt like I was in a very nice Boston condo--and loved the blue and taupe walls throughout.

Also, I must say that everyone was extremely calm and polite. I felt the tension of my week melt a way--and though there were 40 or so people in the spa for the event--when Nicole was working on my hands and feet--I honestly didn't care or notice. The massage rooms were very comfortable looking with carpet floors and two large bathrooms to freshen up in.  Also, another thing that I really loved--the lotion Nicole used didn't smell at all!

I will say another thing, Sarah did an excellent job on several of the girls make up. I was really impressed with how she managed to pull out the girls best features without making them seem overdone (she also noted that if it was the winter she would be probably used more make-up on each girl but since it was summer and 96 degrees, she went for a soft, fresh summer face.) They looked magnificent.

I was so impressed  by the spa for the few hours I was there (it was so comfortable and the staff was so extremly sweet & friendly without being overwhelming) that I decided to book a pedicure for this Saturday.

    --

Note: It's two weeks since my pedi and i'm still quite pleased with it still. I chose a bright color for summer and it's just now starting to chip. I think that's pretty good after two weeks (and a lot of walking around in London)

I absolutely adore Nami Spa.  It's cozy, comfortable and the epitome of Zen.  It's situated right in the South end in a charming 2 floor apartment and is so eloquently peaceful.

I was in the process of planning a bachelorette party for Jessika D and in my search for Spa's that would accomodate 10 ladies, I came across Nami.  At first I didn't even know it was owned by Yelper Glenn G's(? hmmG) wife.  When I called to inquire I was welcome by a very soft, peaceful voice.  Nicole the owner helped me plan the whole day along with offering some ideas on services, a discount for multiple sevices or 60 minutes services, and offered the use of an outside deck for the ladies to chat and nosh while waiting.  The deck was beautiful - exactly what you'd expect for the poshy South End.

When we arrived, we were welcomed by Nicole and her lovely staff who proceed to take care of us as if old family.  I must say as they were helping I was awestuck by the peacefulness of the spa.  Lightblue walls, cozy couches, candles, soft music, pillows.

I have to mention her husband is a sweetheart.  Very helpful and attentive and addressed Nicoles requests like a well trained puppy. NOW THAT's Love.  I wouldn't even call it pussy whipped, it's just a husband that is supportive of her business and it was so sweet to see.

I got the Pedi/mani combo and it was so delightful.  Very relaxing, not obtrusive to the piggies (i've had experiences were they go at you with the tools and it's a tad uncomfy).  Not the case here.  I'm also happy to say both nails and piggies have all paint in-tac.  I've had mani's done where after 4 days of ripping shoes apart at work and nails are shot.  I'm happy to say the fingers are still looking mighty hot.  Anyway....I know it's getting long, I'm almost done....... a few ladies got facials and well you would have thought they got a massage.  Faces were glowing and they were very relaxed.

I think the prices are competitive so don't expect to get a bargin.  But in the same sense when it comes to spa's I think you get what ou pay for and in this case service is top notch - if I was choosing the rating I'd give myself when I do an employee assesment I'd give this a highly sussessful.  Definitely a must see!

I've had a rough week at work...and it's only Wednesday.  When I walked into Nami for the special Yelp event, I was already quite tired.  But the mini eye treatment that I received really perked me up.  And bonus--you get to relax in a super comfy cocoon-like chair for your facial treatments!!  The aesthetician, Ashley, was very nice.  She placed what felt like green tea bags on my eyes for a few minutes and gave me a hand massage.  The last step was application of a light eye cream. The products weren't too greasy and only lightly-scented--perfect when it is balmy outside and much to warm for fussy applications....

Upon exiting the spa, I definitely felt much more refreshed and ready to face another day in the cube.  Maybe I'll book a facial next time for a special treat....*sigh*  It's always nice to be able to support locally owned businesses, and Nami truly does seem to be a labor of love for the owners, Glen and Nicole. Hats off to them for graciously hosting us Yelpers!

FYI--It's tricky to find parking (this is the South End after all!), but there is a garage around the corner near the BCA.

I'd come here for the wonderful bachelorette party we had for Jessika D, but I needed some one-stop shopping maintenance back in October on short notice. Not only was I able to get everything--mani/pedi, facial AND bikini wax!--but got a sweet deal thanks to Beauty Week specials. Even without the extra savings incentive, I love so many things about Nami that I'll come back for more.

Rebecca, who did my facial and wax, is a sweetheart and puts me at ease. She does a thorough and thoroughly relaxing treatment. For a private party, the back patio is a wonderful spot (especially for the antics of a bachelorette). The interiors are chic but cozy, the air scented with lavender and other refreshingly relaxing aromas.  It's laid back, but you still get pampered. Being a Yelper-owned business, I'm bumping this up to 5 stars.

After attending the Yelp event there last week, I decided to make an appointment for a  haircut. I was long overdue, partly because I hadn't yet found any salon that I wanted to go back to! Well, I think I've found it. Nami Spa is a quick walk from the Back Bay T or even Copley, in a cute brownstone building. The whole place is so relaxing -- Mediterranean blues on all the walls, open space, and NOT your typical spa pretentiousness!

Shauna cut my hair, and I love it! I'll definitely go back -- in fact, I already booked the next appointment. The spa package prices do seem a bit high, but the haircuts are very reasonable (starting at $30) as are the manicure and pedicure (although they don't seem to have a combo price).

I went to Nami Spa yesterday for a relaxing massage on my day off. They aren't usually open on Mondays, except for appointment only, which the owner--Nicole, was happy to accomodate. It was actually really nice being there without any one else there, like my own private spa. I also took advantage of a 15% off discount they were offerering on their website for new customers, which made the total seem more reasonable (as a recent transplant to Boston, I'm still experiencing sticker stock on spa services).

Nicole was very nice and spent time up front talking through the rather lengthy form I had to fill out, to able to customize the message. I felt like I got the right level of relaxation + deep tissue that I wanted, and felt great afterwards. Only 2 tiny complaints about the massage room, which was overall very nice, it was very warm and the music was a little loud. That being said, I did request the heat pad on at the beginning because I usually get cold during massages, but this one got very warm--but she quickly turned it off when I requested. On the music, I asked her to turn it down once at the beginning, which she did, but as we got into the massage, it was still too loud (but didn't want to disturb the massage at that point).

My only little grumble about the spa overall and potential reservation about returning would be price. I've looked at spas on Newberry, so I know it could be worse--I'd just be more willing to go back if the 15% off price was the every day price, or at minimum, you could buy a package of massages for a discounted rate per massage. Overall, very good experience.

One note to add--I just checked their website again and there were some great summer specials listed, including 15% off massage on Saturdays (and specials on other services on other days of the week), which definitely makes it more affordable.

This is a really pretty spot. It's small and cozy, but large enough to accomodate all of their treatments in a comfortable, relaxed setting. The general ambiance here: with the colours, furniture, soothing music and other decor is very Zen.

I was impressed at how tirelessly the staff worked when the Y.E.S. event was held here, and how friendly and patient they were as we clamored for one of the lovely services we could choose from: manicures, hand and foot massages, chair massages, makeup application or eye treatments.

I opted for the chair massage, and Dan's deft and expert hands soothed me so much that I was in a comfortable sleepy daze for some time afterwards. I didn't even realize how much I needed it until he gently told me it was over. The makeup application and manicures looked fantastic, I hear the eye treatment was great, and the hand and foot massages looked oh-so-relaxing.

Often, I have gripes about mani/pedi salons in Boston - I tend to like a clean, modern look, and hate that "seashell dish" scene. I also really dislike rushed treatments, since they are supposed to be more of a pampering luxury. Wonderful then, that Nami Spa is so conveniently located in the South End, since it's pretty accessible and it's exactly the type of atmosphere I've been looking for. I just wish they did threading too!

Prices are not super-low - it's a spa, after all - but for the quality, you are actually paying a pretty reasonable amount. Their massages in particular are very reasonably priced, especially when you are comparing to other salons in the South End/Back Bay area. At least, the idea of a 60-minute relaxation massage for $100 sounds worth it to me!

"So, how long did you train for the race?"

    "Ummm.. this past week."

    *eyes wide* "What??"

"Yeah, I would just imagine myself running. And then finishing."

*forehead scrunch* "So, you didn't prepare physically at all?!"

    "I got a massage yesterday."

    *blank stare* "..."

Aside from the mental training I did for the 5k for the Boston Marathon, I made sure to prep my body for the physical activity by getting a massage the day before. All the late nights at the library studying had taken its toll on my back and neck, making me worried if I'd be able to run 5k.

There is no sign outside for Nami, so I had to just rely on the building numbers to find it. Once I found it, I went up an old-school elevator up to the 6th floor and opened the door to find three friendly ladies ready with clipboards. My two friends I were offered water and tea while filling out our info sheets. Afterwards, we were directed to our rooms to begin our pampering. One of my friends was in another room and got a facial.

My other friend and I were put in the massage room with a gorgeous view of the Charles River. The sunset view of the river was something no painting in any expensive frou-frou spa could possibly capture. Mood set. After unclothing, I laid on the massage table and gave my body willingly to the masseuse's hands. I opted for the relaxation massage, while my friend got the deep tissue. I would have done the same if I weren't worried about being too sore for the race.

Nicole, the owner, worked on my muscles, and I must say, this girl must have had the hands of a wizard the way she worked her magic on my back. And her hands were as soft as a baby's butt! When it was over, I would've begged for more, if I hadn't known we were the last clients of the day. To say the least, I really enjoyed my time at Nami. It wasn't some posh spa experience, but more quaint. Personal. Like your favorite Jack Johnson song wrapped in a soft blanket of tranquility. That day, I left feeling refreshed. Ready to kick some pavement butt.

The facilities were very clean, stylish and welcoming. It had a great atmosphere. When you walk in, the first thing you see is the front desk, behind which is the salon portion of Nami. You walk downstairs and there are a few spa rooms and some comfy looking chairs. On our way into our massage room, I looked out the window and found a huge wall made of rocks. Very nice touch :)  Although we were in 2 different rooms, Andrew and Nicole opened up the door between the two, so we were essentially in the same room.

I've never had a massage in any place other than the Caribbean, but this was an excellent first experience. I took my boyfriend here for his first massage as his Valentines Day present and it was amazing. We got the couples 90 minute hot stone massage - I had Andrew and my bf had Nicole. It was so quiet, peaceful and relaxing - exactly what I was hoping for.

I would definitely go back for one of their other massages - either the Relaxation or the Deep Tissue Massage. I've got their list of services and their card. I'm absolutely recommending Nami to my Dad, who's a massage connoisseur, and to anyone else who wants an awesome massage!

Opps, I totally forgot to write a review about Nami Spa!

I went to the Yelp event and enjoyed the space and the staff was so nice, even though there was a endless line of girls who wanted manicures, yet they took it in stride and painted everyone's nails with a smile.

I wanted to go back, so I scheduled an appointment to get my hair trimmed. Nami was accommodating and fit me in right before the July 4 Holiday at the last minute. I found the prices reasonable and I enjoyed the Yelper discount, Its time for another trim, so I will be heading back soon.

Thank you to Glen for getting us in touch with your wife, Nicole, the owner of Nami. Thank you Nami & Nicole for hosting our bachlorette shindig.

We were able set up a small patio in the back with lots of snacks and adult bevies and decor. While we chat and nosh away, girls are getting their treatments in the peaceful environment that is Nami.

I had gotten the Gold Revitalizer facial for $50 with Rebecca. And let me tell you it was one of the best $50 I have ever spent in a spa, actually it was my first time ever doing a facial and getting anything done in a spa to tell you the truth. Rebecca's explained to me everything that was going to be done and what ingredients were going to be used during each step while calming music played in the background along with the flicker of soft candlelight.

Rebecca also did an amazing job with re-shaping my brows and giving me an arch no one has been able to achieve since I have weird eyebrows.

While the prices are a bit high, it actually is very competitively priced for the area and for the quality of products used as well as the services provided. Also, I found out that this is a full-service spa, meaning you can also get your hair and nails done here in addition to the facials, body scrubs, massages, etc.

If I could afford it, I'd be here more often. It was definitely a nice little treat to have and I'll be sure to bring myself back here for a lil pampering in the future.

Also was there for the Yelp Event! Thanks for Ligaya and co for puting it all together!

The spa itsef is very clean and bright - I liked the minimalist approach and the colors all worked well together. The staff was incredibly friendly and outgoing. I would feel very comfortable and could see myself unwinding here. Not prentious at all.

I got the manicure, which was done with care. Even though it was free and there was a huge line behind me, she took her time and I felt like her only concern (when that was so not the case). It has been 5 days and there is nary a chip. With all the primers, coats and layers of sealer she gave me, I feel like this one is going to last a while.

The only reason Nami didn't get 5 stars is the price. The maniures start at $30, which seems steep, and the deep tissue massages at around $120 for an hour. I can see myself pampering myself with something that I can only find at Nami, but would probably hit up my usual nail place and BostonBodyWorker for a massage and save some cash.

GET off Newbury St. and come here for a more laid back spa service.

I love supporting the local South End establishments, as I work as a hairstylist on Tremont and I was excited to try this place out. Nicole was very nice and her massage was really one of the best I have ever received. I like that she lets you know that she does not talk during your massage, which I don't mind light chatter, but I agree it is me time. She used the right combination of deep tissue and gentle touch.

I am a harsh and fair critic, so I only give 5 stars for outstanding service and this one was tough because I wanted to give them 5. I also got a pedicure by a charming young girl and it was pleasant, but I think she clipped or filed a tad too close on two nails;little tender. So I will make sure to ask for a little lighter on the filing and bit more exfoilating next time.

I will be back and will also let my clients and others know they can come here for eyebrows, pedicures and other spa services.

I had the most amazing facial here today, and I'm not usually one to rave about facials. Usually they're kind of a necessary evil and wayyy too expensive to not be fully enjoying.

However, my experience with Rebecca today was great! I'm not usually a talker at salons or spas, but she made me really comfortable, and we chatted most of the time. Although I got the feeling that if I hadn't wanted to talk that would have been fine as well.

On top of the facial, she gave me a hand and arm massage, which isn't so common in my limited experience but reallllly nice.

Also, I got an awesome student discount, and Rebecca actually suggested one of the cheaper facials, which was great. She also did a great job on my brows!

    Yay!

I came here with a friend for a facial and wasn't too impressed. Although the staff was so friendly and informative- the overall experience wasn't worth the price I paid. Throughout the treatment, the girl seemed uneasy and seemed to apologize for everything- even when I didn't know anything was going wrong. Although it was extremely relaxing, the room's atmosphere wasn't very calming. Also, at the end of the treatment, my hairline was covered in lotion and creams, and my ears had some body scrub in them... nothing would come out in the bathroom, so I was forced to travel home soon after in order to shower and wash my hair. For an $80 treatment, I was really expecting a lot more, and instead left feeling greasy and unsatisfied. After reading the other reviews, maybe I should pass on the facial and stick to a massage next time.

Made a much needed massage for this past Saturday for me and the bf.  he got the deep tissue and i got a regualr massage. we were in 2 separate rooms but had the curtain opened up so it was almost like we were together but not really.
The inside of this place is really nice. love the colors-deep aqua, turquoisy, felt very relaxing.  I had Andrew for my massage, I told him my lower back and neck and shoulders were my main target area as having an 9-5 office job, i'm sitting all day.  He paid attention to those but also gave me an overall body massage as well.  He was very good.  I found myself falling asleep in some parts.  He applied pressure on the areas that had kinks, it felt really good.
My Bf had Nicole and he said her deep tissue was great. She really let him have it on parts of his body.
We are definately going to make a appointment for massages.
The only complaint I have is you can hear the ppl upstairs walking around..not cool.

Nami Spa has moved to a BRAND NEW LOCATION! Now located at 262 Beacon Street right in Back Bay, it's even better than before! The building is beautiful, they are on the top floor, and Nicole let me take a sneak peek into the massage room and OMG, talk about a SPECTACULAR view of the Charles River and of Cambridge. They just moved in this past weekend so they don't have all the kinks worked out just yet, but no worries! The facial/wax room is also a lot bigger and there is a skylight as well. Even though they don't have that cute back porch anymore, the wonderful view more than makes up for it!

I was also here for the Yelp event. Shout out to Alison, who gave me an awesome relaxing eye treatment. The only reason I didn't give is b/c the moisturizer they use is pretty oily and doesn't absorb. Kind of gives you a sheen. But service, cleanliness and atmosphere deserve a full 5 stars.

I was in here recently for a much needed massage. Changing jobs and traveling between 3 apartments and a storage unit can do a number on your body. Their 60 minute relaxation massage runs at about $100, but lucky for me someone had given me a gift card that I recently found (one good thing about moving is finding stuff). My weekdays were jam packed so I had to book an appt on a Sunday (they're not open Sundays or Monday.. by appt only).

I arrived a tad bit early and may or may not have freaked out that I got the wrong day (my brain has been malfunctioning) since the lights were out and the door was locked. Then Nicole came in and apologized (she was on time..). No worries. I appreciated her coming in on a Sunday, especially since it was one of our nicer weekends this summer. I filled out my paperwork and Nicole took me to the lower floor to my massage room. I REALLY loved the scents.. from the massage room to the bathroom soap. She informed me that she wouldn't be talking during the massage but if I felt uncomfortable at any time, I should let her know. I LOVED that.. I hate when masseuses chatter the whole time. I'm trying to relax here, I don't want to talk about work! I thought the massage was very relaxing even though I felt like my back still had a few kinks in it. NOTE: I've had a bunch of massages and I can only think of one where I felt heavenly afterwards. My back is all kinds of wack. But it was really nice. They don't have locker rooms or on site showers, so Nicole gave me this heated/wet towel to de-oil myself which I thought was awesome.

$100 for a massage is a little much for me and the 60 minute session is the shortest amount of time you can purchase, so I may hold off on becoming a regular at Nami.. but if you are looking for a good massage and a super friendly staff (even when booking, the women were fantastic), then Nami is the place for you! Also.. check the website for steals and deals.

I love the location of this place. Its on a quiet street, very walkable(is that a word?) from the BackBay train stop. The staff is super friendly, and very helpful. I hate spa's and salon, where the staff has snooty attitude of know it all. This place definetly isnt it. You would want to come back here. The atmosphere inside is very soothing and calming.

I went here for the first time the other day and I had the best massage ever. Nicole, the owner, was the masseuse and she is amazing. I immediately booked a massage for my husband! You must go here!

Although Rebecca has left :( this spa still gets the glorious 5 stars it deserves. The best brazilian in town, for sure. Haven't had a massage (yet!) but the view is INCREDIBLE of the charles, especially during the fall and spring. I recommend it to anyone who is looking for a quiet, hidden, gem of a spa, and doesn't expect anything too fancy or overpriced. Worth your time, and a very personal experience. Don't get lost, as it is in an unmarked building, but you can't miss the 262 on the door, and that adorable elevator is to die for. Love it.

I love this place!  I went to them when they were in the South End and followed them to their new location in the Back Bay on Beacon St.  I've been going here for about a year now and Rebecca, who does my eyebrows, is fantastic.  She's so nice, talkative and really puts a lot of detail and attention into what she's doing.  I highly recommend Nami Spa - and everyone is right, the view of the Charles is really pretty from their top floor location.

Hubby got us a couple's hour massage during their half off promotion. The back room is cute and deep ocean blue with the best view of Charles River. The music and massage were relaxing. I have never had one before, so there is nothing to compared to, but I felt looser afterwards.

I had an awesome salon experience at Nami this morning.  I met with Carmina - I should have known just by her name that it would be great.  I had a relaxing -yes, relaxing- partial highlight.  I couldn't be happier with the results.  The product they use actually smells nice instead of kind of making your eyes water with chemically badness.  She gave the BEST scalp massage ever and styled my hair so it was all pimped out for no extra charge.  The owners hanging out at the front desk were super friendly and apparently live in the town next to me.  So to conclude - I love it here.  I am getting my highlight here again for sure and maybe I'll eventually branch out to their spa and nail salon - I love everybody I met here today and we should all be BFF's.

**Update: We went for our large group outing and everyone LOVED IT! It was the best reviewed outing we have had ever. The massages were heavenly, the facials relaxing and somehow invigorating at the same time and the mani/pedi's were the best I had seen in a long time.  All the group said they would be returning for private appointments because they liked it so much. I definitely recommend!! Oh and as a plus, the owner is great and so is her husband which gives it a very familiar family vibe that I really liked.

So far I have been really impressed with this salon. I found it while calling around for a salon to cover a large group (30 people) for a half day outing to the salon. The owner, Nicole is SUPER nice, very helpful and went out of her way to give me a tour of the place, offering to help schedule people in and even was fine with coming in early so that she would be there when we needed to set up. I haven't had services here yet (I will update this when I do) but so far I have been very impressed. I also really like the decor. Very cute. If you are having a group event, I would definitely recommend!

Fantastic massage, great hand/foot treatment.  The room was a bit chilly, but other than that it was wonderful.  Had couples treatments, great for both men/women.  Nicole also gave us great stretching tips at the end as we were both VERY tense.  Thanks!

I received a gift certificate for Christmas from my son for the Forget Me Not Package at Nami Spa. There are no signs outside or inside.  You need to know to just get into the unique elevator and go to the 6th floor.  What a view of the Charles River! Nicloe is the owner and massage therapist and she worked on me for 2 1/2 hours for the body scrub and massage.  This was actually like having 2 massages and she did the best neck and shoulder massage!!  She was quiet and I think I slept through some of it!  Go at the end of the day so you don't have to do anything afterwards except a drink!  The Ashley came and did a wonderful and relaxing facial and eye hydration.  They are friendly and professional  I can't wait to go back!!!!
