Amazing service!!
This place generally does pick up and drop off services, however, last Friday I was desperately in need of a place that could get my boyfriend's clothes drycleaned by Saturday afternoon for a wedding on Sunday! They were able to let me drop off and pick up the next day :)
I called a bunch of places between Fremont and Concord and nobody could have it done earlier than Monday. Then I called My Buddy Cleaners and spoke with Bob. He was so friendly and assured me that they could get the clothes drycleaned by Saturday! I dropped the clothes off Friday evening at around 6pm and picked them up around 3:30 on Saturday afternoon!
Everything was quick and easy and the staff was really friendly. It was about $11 for one pair of men's pants, one men's long sleeve dress shirt, and a tie. Not bad :) I'd definitely use them again!
I have been using them for awhile now & Bob (the owner) is always friendly. It doesn't take him long to recognize you by name. There were some delivery problems in the beginning (my work office had some different hours) but once we got into the 'groove'... all has gone perfectly fine! I will continue to go back as the service all around leaves you with a smile & the prices for delivery & pickup: perfect!
Ever walk out of a place singing a stupid song from your past? "My Buddy" has been in my head all day and aside from this little annoyance, this place is AWESOME!
I walked in this morning with a rush request to dry clean my soon to be hubby's suit, a pair of my slacks and to wash and lightly starch one of his shirts. The price can't be beat and to top it off, the owner "Bob" shook my hand, congratulated me on the upcoming wedding and told me he would deliver my items to me by Saturday. He also gave me a cleaning bag and a hook so when I ever had a dry cleaning need again, all I would have to do was call or email and they would send someone to pick it up.

My Buddy Cleaners is the best cleaner service out there (at least in my opinion). Bob is amazing and very fair. Whenever I go there, he gives me such a warm welcome. I had a suit dry cleaned there last week. When I came to pick it up, there was a bag of Jalapeno potato chips and a note from Bob stapled on the plastic bag around the suit. Last time I was there he and I spoke for a few min. I guess I told him I like jalapeno chips. Now THAT'S professional courtesy. My Buddy Cleaners rocks!!!!!!!!!

I have discovered the best kept secret in the area. Not only will My Buddy Cleaners PICK up and deliver but the cost is actually LESS than what I used to pay at a traditional dry cleaners. Grace, the owner is the sweetest most accomodating person EVER. She even e-mails me reminders so I don't forget to bring my laundry. Also, they managed to get out a stain that had been in my blouse for quite some time and my husband's shirts always look fresh and crisp. Only one minor issue that was really a non-issue. Delivery was running late - Grace called to let me know. I needed the dress for a party that night and started to stress out. She went out of her way to deliver it to my hair salon (definitely out of her way). So everything worked out just fine. I trust them with all my best stuff. I will never go back to my old ways. They are the BEST!
