My baby girl pug Buffy loved her week of daycare @ muttley crew. The facilities are nicer / cleaner than other daycare / boarding places I looked at. Buffy loves to play so it's great that she can run around in the large play area there. The pickup / dropoff service is a huge plus. Prices are really reasonable. If I can't take Buffy with me somewhere, at least I feel good knowing there is a great place she can stay while I'm away. Chistine is really nice and I'd highly recommend her service.
We feel SO LUCKY to have found Christine & Muttley Crew! We had visited another puppy/dog daycare where I was left in tears not wanting to leave our puppy Dottie there. It was this massive facility and there were a number of things that gave me and my husband the "hebby-jebbies" and left me in tears as we drove away.
My husband found Muttley Crew on Yelp and she was able to meet with us immediately, on a Sunday, so we could check out the facilities. She was so very nice and very honest. The facility isn't huge (which I really prefer) and VERY clean and calm. There is usually some classical music playing and it always feels very in control.
Dottie loves Christine and is super excited to see her everytime we go and she gets plenty of exercise and rest. She gets socialized with dogs of all sizes and I really couldn't be happier with Christine and everyone that is there.
Christine's advice is always spot on and she is so great at listening!!!!
We first decided to send our puppy to Muttley Crew to give her the opportunity to socialize with other dogs during the vaccination period when our vet didn't want us to take her to parks, and to help break up the work week when she's alone for much of the day. All I can say is that our girl LOVES going to Muttley Crew. She gets so excited when Christine arrives to pick her up, and comes home tired and with a smile on her face. We can go to work and feel relieved that Anya is having a good time. Christine always gives me a progress report on how Anya did that day, and has also been an invaluable source of advice for us on raising a puppy, from what types of treats and toys to buy to recommendations on dog parks.
It's obvious that Christine really cares about each and every pup in her charge, and I love how she seems to pay close attention to their ongoing development as well. If Anya could write this review herself, she'd definitely give Christine five stars :)
The Best!
First of all Christine is so great with our dog Miso. She's patient, kind, and keeps a close eye on our pup if something seems off. No doubt she does it for all the dogs that are in her care and no doubt she would do it for yours.
Most importantly, Miso just LOVES her and she runs around like crazy when she hears the buzzer ring knowing that it's Christine. It's very sweet and reassuring because I know she's treated well and is happy.
Trust me. You won't find a better place for your four legged fur ball.
I'm with Tom N., our pug loves, Loves, LOVES Christine, she gets all excited when Christine comes to pick her up. The reinforcement of good leash and crate habits that Christine provides is invaluable and very hard to find we've discovered. An added bonus is that we can send our pug to Muttley Crew for several days and she's still clean when she comes home. We've sent her to other doggie daycares where she has come home completely covered in filth.
Christine is simply the best.

Muttley Crew is fabulous. Our puppy, now 9 mos has been going to play group since he's been 4 mos and is thriving under Christine's care and tutelage. She reinforces all the training he's had,notices any behavioral changes or health issues like a true professional. She is totally responsible,reliable and puppy knowledgeable and even offers both pick-up and drop-off service..He seems so very happy there, comes home tired and has continued to be very well socialized with dogs based on her(and her staff's) efforts. She has found a niche market in a lovely large space,screens the dog's carefully and I feel totally at ease when he is with her program...She even attends dog training with some of the puppies to observe their behavior in and out of the program...We highly reccommend her--try her you will NOT be disappointed!!!
Christine is the best! I think our dog Baxter likes her more than us. We have been sending him there for two months now and the experience has been very positive. I like that Christine takes the dogs for most of the day. A lot of other places only take dogs for 1-2 hours. Baxter comes home happy and tired. What more could you ask for?
My little guy has been going to Muttley Crew since he was 9 weeks old. Christine is just the best! She has a large, clean facility; picks up and drops off each pup; and her professional, watchful eye gives me a sense of peace, so my mind is on my job. Christine is also a wonderful source of information, from offering suggestions of healthly treats or recommending a great dogwalker. BTW the photo is one of the many great photos Christine has taken of my pup. I highly recommend Muttley Crew.

Our pug Lelu has gone to Muttley Crew from the time she was 6 months old (she's over a year old now).
The value of Muttley Crew reinforcing our dog's crate training and leash bathroom breaks shouldn't be underestimated, especially when they are young! Well worth the cost for our city dog.

Bumping up my original review to 4 stars! Christine always comes through in a pinch and accommodates our (lame) last-minute panicked requests with aplomb. Make sure you reserve early for holidays!

Muttley Crew is immaculate, fresh-smelling and virtually spotless, unlike K9 to 5 in the SoMA which always has a lingering, rather unpleasant stench of stale dogpiss and god knows what else...
Christine runs a nice regimented routine where doggies get several walks a day, group playtime, and naptime as needed. Note that naptime (and boarding) takes place in segregated "kennels" -- actual separate rooms for your pup. If your pup is social, she may not take to being separated from her playmates too well... just something to think about.
But! MC/ Christine saved us 2 weeks ago when we had a last-minute daycare request and very kindly waited until I was able to drop our Harlow off in the morning before she proceeded on her regular pickup run. She only boards a few pups at a time, and has a strict reservation/ cancellation policy for boarders. All in all, highly recommended.

Christine took bitchin' care of my little bitch so I ain't got nothing to bitch about!
I was getting nervous weeks before my vacation when I was trying to find a good place to board my puppy Lucy. Most places required dogs to be 5 months old. Fortunately a someone told me about Muttley Crew who specializes in taking care of puppies. I've left Lucy with Christine for boarding for a weekend and once for a week while I was out of the country. There are only 4 puppies boarded at a time and for day care, the # of puppies is limited. Unlike Pet Smart or other places where it's a disaster because of the human to dog to space ratios, there is plenty of room to run around here. Christine is very responsive (getting back to me promptly whenever I had questions) and communicative. She went beyond our expectations taking Lucy to her first puppy class. Muttley Crew highly recommended!!!
Christine at Muttley Crew is a true mother to dogs. The place is airy and clean. When my daschund was a little puppy she took very good care of him. All I know is that everytime my dog sees her , he wags his tail. Christine is wonderful!!!
the place is big and well kept up. Christine is great and kind, and above all else is RESPONSIBLE. My girl comes home tired and clean (as in flea free) and the pick up and drop off is priceless.
My puppy stayed here for 6 days this past week. She came back very content, and tired from all the great play. What was the best part about it was that while boarding she had tonnes of play with other dogs, as well as multiple walks per day. When Christine brought her home she brought a fresh new crate - fully replacing ours that had been broken by a puppy earlier. Haiku was for sure in good hands!
christine is fantastic... she takes great care of our pupster. we handed him over to her at 8 weeks & it was so nice to know he was in such great hands. he comes home happy every day... and tired too! christine always shares funny stories about the day & occassionally sends some pictures of the puppies in action. i'm pretty sure he loves her more than us, but that's ok by me. we also board our pup w/ her as well... she definitely goes above & beyond. pick up/drop off service is a huge plus.
i brought my baby here a few weeks ago for three days of boarding. it was the first time my dog had been boarded and christine could not have done a better job. when she dropped her off at my house, my lucy (who simply adores me) was incredibly disturbed that christine had to leave. like freaked out!! like crapped when she drove away!!!! she must have really liked her! anyway, lucy was wiped out for a couple of days due to all of the walks and playtime. at $50 a day, her rates are consistent with boarders that do a lot of volume, and muttley crew only boards 4 dogs maximum. highly recommended!
