Mr. Tofu was wonderful for lunch on one warm afternoon. The stews were wonderful as were other Korean appetizers, soups and entrees. We tried about four different items and shared them all--all were good, hearty, and flavorful. The service was knowledgeable and English speaking, although most of the patrons were not. The exterior of the place is very dingy looking, pretty typical of any "China Town" restaurant. However, the interior decor pleasantly surprised me. Nice, dark cherry wood (fake of course) tables and flat screen tv (with Korean News, of course). Clean interior. The food was not goundbreaking, but healthy and tasty enough to deserve a four star rating!

This place seems to specialize in tofu stews, or soondubu. And they do a good job at it. So 4 stars just for the stews since I only order stews at this joint.

The other dishes are okay, but not super. Panchan was decent.
Good prices and portions. The decor is lacking a bit, the ambiance is definitely missing. Service could have been a bit more attentive.

What's better than eating a bowl of warm and spicy pot of tofu when you are in a strange town. decided to try Mr. tofu after I lost all my money at the slot machine, need something to comfort and soothe me, lol. Good flavor, lots of portion, soup has a sweetness note at the end, some of the banchan might be bottled. Overall is average but will do when you are craving. Oh my rice did not come in a iron pot that I love so much.

I was never impressed with Tofu Hut and have always wanted to find a decent Korean Tofu Stew (soon dubu jigae) place in Las Vegas.  I think I found one.  Mr Tofu is not bad.  I got the Seafood Combo Tofu Soup, which wasn't very spicy, but it was really REALLY flavorful!  The portion was bigger than Tofu Hut and D.J.K..  I also had the Bibimbap in the stone pot, which was yummy, too!  Mr. Tofu only has a few things on their menu, but the service is really friendly.   They only gave us 5 banchan, but this place is definitely a step above Tofu Hut!  I will definitely go here again to get the seafood tofu, and to try the handmade noodles.

Came here on our 1st day in Vegas 2 wks ago,  not really much to say.  I ordered a seafood Tofu.  It was ok, but not fantastic.  I didn't cared for the side dishes much (only 5 dishes)  The service was laid back (Didn't want to intrude)  The places was pretty quiet even for mid-day..after the 3rd day, I kinda found out why.  A lot more ppl going to DJK which was only a few doors down had more variety, service, and better food.
