2 reviews for Mr Cebollin
K, first of all, the review below me is a pesstimist and should not be considered.
Mr. Cebollin made me love Mexican food! And the salsa is made there right in the restraunt and is the best salsa you will ever experience. The cook is Mexican so it is authentic!
It is not typically busy due to two things. The economy and its Ivins. Ivins is very small and it is a small restruant and there is absolutely nothing wrong with that.
The food is excellent, from the chile verde burrito down to the kid cheese quesidilla. They specialize in chilie rellanos, chile verde, taco salads, and chimichangas.
The waitresses are peppy and happy to serve.
The only thing I would not recommend would be anything beef 'cause to me it doesn't taste very good but is still ordered about 40 percent of the time.
Its open Mon-Sat 11am-9pm
Wow! Really no one has reviewed this place? I guess the two computers in Ivans were busy registering Mormons for missions.
I can't begin to explain this culinary experience. I went with my uncles and a couple of cousins, we were the only 6 people in the restaurant at 8:30 on a Friday night which can't be a good sign. The minute we walked in the two 16 year olds working there got up from a table and got to work. Cafeteria style seating right down to the linoleum flooring. Chips from a bag from the shop for less and salsa made in New York City!
We ordered, I got chicken tacos (they looked to be the safest thing on the paper menu). A few moments after we ordered I began to realize that I could hear the familiar sounds of microwave cooking. The door opening, the door slamming, the timer being set and the wonderful beep of our dinner being served. I couldn't help but laugh each time I heard the next order up!
If you are in the Saint George area you must stop by Mr. Cebollin, its behind the gas station/do-it-yourself car wash; next to the post office, convenient to 13 Mormon churches.
