At Move Your Body Fitness, we offer a wide variety of fitness classes which include Zumba, Zumba Toning, Strong by Zumba, Beginners Yoga, Barre Intensity, Insanity, Cage Fitness and Belly Dancing. Our prices are the most affordable in the area and your first class is FREE! Our classes are designed for Everyone, whether you are a beginner or experienced in group fitness. We guarantee you will get an amazing workout all while having FUN. Up top of our studio space is our Personal Training area. If you are looking for one on one personal training, this is the place for you! We are a family at Move Your Body Fitness and you will be welcomed into our judgement free studio. A great find through yelp itself. Mary the owner as well as star instructor is the best. I have never loved Zumba more. The selection of music makes me move enthusiastically. Been going here for 3 months now and plan to stick around. I like the size of the classes as well. Shout out to Jackie and Stacey as well. Both are amazing with there energy and making the classes fun.

The family-friendly atmosphere Mary (the owner) provides is a breath of fresh air ... before you melt the pounds away! From Zumba to belly dancing to yoga to barre there is a variety of group exercise for any level of fitness. New types of classes are offered all the time and Friday happy hours are sometimes a nutritional supplement class or heart thumping neon black light Zumba Glow or Kettlebell AMPD. Men are regulars and often hold the women in awe as we burpee cardio circles around them. (I use we lightly- I don't burpee and give much props to those who do). The location is super convenient to 2 highways (75 or 275) and here is plenty of parking. MYB also offers personal training and fun community outreach events and occasional craft shows on site. Not a lot of early morning classes, but the afternoon and evening classes are well represented. The best way to reserve your spot in a class is to register online using MindBody.

I have tried Zumba classes all over Northern Kentucky and this place is the best. Mary Rider is the sweetest person and the hardest teacher. She'll definitely make you sweat, but it's a fun atmosphere perfect for people of all ages and all sizes. I highly recommend Move Your Body Fitness!
