They have a knowledgeable, friendly staff, and are always willing to loan out simple tools so you can make a quick repair or adjustment outside. They are almost always able to order any parts you need.
Poor bike parts selection, but like I said, you can order what you need. -

I forgot to mention: they have a real good maps department and I think a real good selection of both snowboards and skateboards. I'm not into either one of those but I hear from younger friends that Mtn. Sports is THE place to go if you have the money.
