I stayed here a few nights in 2001 while doing some work at nearby Shaw AFB.  The staff was really friendly, then again it could've been me being a sucker for the southern accent from the Asian girl that staffed the front desk.

I expected a basic room, and that's what I got.  It wasn't sexy, but I was comfortable and the room was clean.  The decor seemed a bit dated.  Definitely, you get what you pay for, and I would go back.  Since it's 2008,  I hope they've done some remodeling.
