Jumped off a service ladder the wrong way and ended up here in a lot of pain and a very swollen ankle and foot. Xrays were taken within the hour and showed a hairline fracture, but the real problem was a lot of torn ligaments and other messed up stuff. Too much swelling going on so they put me into a braced soft support, gave me some pain killers and to come back the next day etc. The service was fast and good, but what I really want to say is how good the physiotherapy has been handled. I am there a couple of times a week being helped with exercises and hot-cold foot baths etc. The staff there are what makes this a pleasure instead of a pain. They make you feel relaxed and welcome and will listen to my whining about how long I have to use the crutches etc...I am done now and my wife has found out I can now walk without the crutches, so the good life is over! My niece said to me the other day "Don't worry uncle Mike, I will still make you some chicken sandwiches for lunch" what an angel!! She is with us for the summer.
At any rate, this place is efficient, friendly, fast and totally professional.
The Physco, er, Physio. Dep't is, well, just plain enjoyable! Kind, lovely, pleasant therapists giving you a foot massage and a pleasant conversation. Not a well written review, I know, but I could go on about this place more, but I'll spare you!
TIP: Stay healthy and you won't have to review a hospital!
