Review from Lance G.
CA
***Please Note*** This review is only based upon my Meeting with Theresa Egler, the Physical Therapist, and Owner of the Motion Pros Physical Therapy and Pilates. I have never been a Patient/Client of Theresa Egler nor have I ever used her Physical Therapy or Pilates Studio. My rating is based upon the favorable impression she made upon me in a social/professional meeting. My five star rating is based upon the Character/ Bedside Manner/ and Personality of this Business Owner/Professional. I hope this review stimulates a client or former client of Ms. Egler to write a review that is based upon their experience of her treatments.
I have never used the services of Physical Therapist, but I have used the services of a Chiropractor, which is a similar area in the overall medical field of Physical Rehabilitation. I met Theresa as I said in a social context, professional setting, and I had a very engaging conversation with this professional about many topics, including her business, how it works and who it is for. I found her business Idea very intriguing-that is, combining the Medical Field of of Physical Therapy with the rehabilitative aspects of Pilates.
I found her to be very thoughtful, engaging, interested, and empathetic. I also found her personality to be patient, warm and kind. I was immediately struck with the impression that if I ever needed her services, I would want to be treated by this kind of medical professional. She is also extremely articulate and passionate about helping people regain their health though her services. A twenty minute conversation, stretched into a two hour conversation, mostly about our two businesses, our philosophies of being in a "helping profession" or maybe a "serving profession," and our shared passion for what we do for a living. I think before I hire a doctor, lawyer, chiropractor, Physical therapist, I want to feel comfortable with that person's "bedside manner" or their way of relating to their prospective clients or patients. That is what this review is all about. Sometimes you meet a person, and have an "Aha Moment" where you are sure that this is a person that excels in their chosen endeavor. You also make a mental note to yourself that if I ever needed that person's services, he or she would be who I would go to . . .This is what I took away from my brief interaction with Thersa Egler-proud Owner and Operator of "Motion Pros Physical Therapy and Pilates." I hope this yelp invites a patient/client of hers to post a review here on Yelp.
