What an impressive place Morton's has been, right down to the wonderful personal and intimate service that I've received during my visits here. The food is superb, the interior is comfortable, the prices are ok, and the service is phenomenal. We celebrated a birthday party an the waitress was kind enough to take a group photo and offer us a complimentary chocolate dessert. She did a fine job explaining the fusionesque aspects of the menu and was patient even though we stayed after closing. Despite the phenomenal experience, a few knocks are the bathrooms which are located in a separate part of the building complex, parking is not easy to find as most of it is on the street, and this place is not open on Sundays or Mondays. Prices are a bit expensive for Salem standards, be prepared to pay $18-25 a plate.
One of the nicest resturants in town! They are only open for dinner Tues-Sat. starting from 5pm. Great place for a nice, intimate dinner or to celebrate with a small group of family/friends. The restaurant is located downstairs and has a cozy, speakeasy ambiance. They have excellent food and a wonderful wine selection which you get to get pick out in person. The waitstaff are wonderful and very accomodating. Morton's Bistro was featured on Rachael Ray's $40 A Day Salem episode. If you're looking for a special night out, you can't go wrong with Morton's!
Morton's is a very nice place to celebrate a special occasion or to treat your significant other to an intimate, quiet dinner. I had salmon and my wife had a pasta dish when we were there. They have a very impressive menu and the service is impeccable. I'd recommend Morton's to anyone looking for an upscale dining experience.
