4 reviews for Morey's Pier
Amusement park on the water.
This place is one of the highlights on the boardwalk at Wildwood - in fact, besides the bars, this is probably the best thing in this whole crap area.
Wildwood is nasty overall- how I got roped into going there is a long story but at least the amusement park offered some respite from the collection of shit that is all along the boardwalks of Wildwood.
The place looks decent enough, prices were a bit steep but not unexpected in a summer beach-side town.

Morey's Pier is a really fun place and The Great Nor Easter is one insane roller coaster. I laugh at the people who are making the cracks about safety, a simple Google search show More's Pier to be very safe over the years. Wildwood and the boardwalk are also very enjoyable places.
Ahh, the Jersey Shore. I went back recently after many years. I had fun riding the Sea Serpent roller coaster with my young cousins. I told them stories of when it first opened.
The Music Express ride still has the same Judas Priest mural they had when I was there in the 80s. Hilarious.
They've cleaned up a bit, but it's still Wildwood.

If you ignore the crowd, don't mind risking your life on a ride of two, and are willing to pay a moderate amount of money on tickets, Morey's Pier isn't half bad. It's a good place to go with kids. Okay, I know I just said the rides are life-threatening, but I've actually never been hurt on one, in all the years I've been going to Morey's. But, anyone who frequents the Jersey Shore has heard stories.
