Jimmy J.Rancho Santa Fe, CA306Sep 4, 2013First to ReviewStay away from this place. I am 70 years old and I have never experienced a more dishonest business. They estimated $12,000 and then ran the charges up to $30,000.
For example, they charged 14 hours to replace one adjustment screw on a swim platform hydraulic cylinder. The swim platform collapsed first time out. A dingy was mounted on the swim platform. Someone had stolen the tie down straps that secured the dingy and replaced them with old rope. The rope broke, the dingy washed off and was damaged beyond repair.
I later found out that there is no adjustment screw on that hydraulic cylinder. They had spent 14 hours to replace a screw that didn't exist while they ignored the problem that needed repair.
This is just one example of their work. There are many others. Stay away. You will be sorry.
