Sometimes I think Rudy works like 24/7. There hasn't been a time I've needed him that he hasn't responded within the hour. He's talked me off a ledge when I've mucked things up. Fixed every problem quickly and thoroughly. Don't ever leave me Monkey Brains. I don't know what I'd do without you.

aside from offering excellent, professional service to companies, they also offer heavily discounted colocation of servers, or web hosting, and yes even dialup (still!) for non-profits, artists, struggling startups, etc.

These guys are the place to go when you need a dedicated server or want to co-locate your server on the internet. They do a great and economical job and their services are as good or better than using the big firms.

My company uses MonkeyBrains for colocation and we couldn't be happier. After several years at a more commercial provider whose environmental conditions and customer service gradually degraded (as their name and our contact person changed repeatedly as the provider was ever-more-confusingly acquired by larger companies), we were fed up. Now six months after moving to MB, we haven't had a single issue with their network, power, or cooling. Our servers are happy, and we love sending our colocation budget to this responsive and friendly worker-owned outfit!

Best provider I have ever dealt with. I have gotten three spams in eight years. Except for that due Alex trying to blow everybody all the time, these guys are top notch.
