This place is the closest thing you'll find to a New York deli, minus the kosher part. Bagels are simple delicious, and by the time you order, stand in a short line, and pay-your bagel is toasted, dabbed with cream cheese and done. Really good breakfast place, good for friends, not expensive, stickers are cute, fun, and free as well.
Go, it's yummy. Lots of options with cream cheeses, get an egg and cheese, those are good too.

This is the original Moe's although it has duplicated over the years.  This is pretty much the only one I go to regularly.

The original owner sold Moe's and owns Foolish Craig's in Boulder now...for many years actually.

This Broadway Moe's is well-run and they bake hundreds of  brilliant bagels every day.  They make their own flavored cream cheeses too and they're affordable and tasty.  They make pizza and I have not tried it but I've heard it's quite good.

What I usually eat here are the breakfast bagels.  All imaginable combos of eggs with veggies or meat or cheese or all of the above are available.  I like the onion bagel with egg and swiss.  It's good with tomato and sprouts.

They have a big selection of juices and waters as well as fresh robust coffee.  The staff is consistent and friendly.

They have myriads of lunch selections as well, and you can also get bagels by the dozens.

Having eaten many bagels in Philly before moving west, I can't say that the bagels here compare to real bagels, but they as good as any bagel I've had west of where the real bagels live.
But I'm writing this review because of their pizza.  Maybe I've been off the east coast for too long now, but Moe's pizza slices remind me more of the greasy slices I used to get in New York or Philly.  Whether my memory is accurate or not about that aspect of things, I really do like Moe's pizza slices- they are thin, the good kind of greasy, and huge- one slice makes a great cheap lunch.

Good times.  Free stickers, too.  Two thumbs up for anyone giving out free stickers.  And for the bagels.  good work.  I have been here many times.. before ski trips up to the mountains, after a night of drinking, or sitting around watching the Pats.  Cant go wrong.

Best bagels around, period.  I've been ruined on them, to the point of not even bothering with other bagel joints anymore (even when Moe's isn't an option, because, well...it won't be Moe's).  They really are that much better.  The texture and flavor are pretty much ideal.  My combo of choice is: Italian bagel with half hummus and half scallion cream cheese (an invention of my own that so destroys any single spread option, I've effectively painted myself into a corner with it).

They also do "breakfast bagels"; the egg, meat, cheese kinda things. They're good, but are certainly on the greasy side (they pass Dr. Nick Riviera's "if the paper turns clear, that's your window to weight gain" test).

The downside is perhaps only having to look at the pizza behind the wall where you order, which sometimes looks like fake plastic food.  Never tried it, never will.  Oh, and also for not offering many interesting sides (e.g., a cool selection of "gourmet" chips would be awfully nice).

But yeah...if you want a bagel, then you want Moe's.

I'm still waiting for them to create a bagel flambe, which would have the obvious name...

7.5 lbs of my "Freshman 15" was attributed to Moe's...the other 1/2 completely and utterly due to beer.

I love Moe's bagels and I love their bagel sandwiches. Their bagels are not too doughy, not too tough, made fresh, and really, really worth trying out if you're in Boulder. I'd always order their veggie sandwich on a toasted onion (or everything) bagel with cream cheese, tomato, lettuce, onion, cucumber and a side of chips...totally filling and a pretty good deal.

Several of my college friends were from NY and every once and awhile their parents would send "authentic" NY bagels (Zabar's or a local bagel shop) and Moe's really does stand up against them! In fact, they use to ship their bagels too!!

I stopped going to bagel stores when I left Boulder because I couldn't find any place nearly as good...sigh.

I've enjoyed all the Moe's locations, but this is by far the one I've had the most experience with. Great place. My favorite bagel place in Boulder was Beatnick's (RIP), but since that one's gone out of business Moe's is the best.

They also serve pizza now, though I've never tried the pizza here. I'm much more of a breakfast guy when it comes to Moe's. Can't go wrong with the bacon and eggs bagel.

Swell, S-W-E-L-L is what I say, meaning quaint, sophisticate, tasty.  In fact it was yesterday when i discreetly dropped in for a tuna fish bagel lunch sandwich.  There is something special about these Bages, being that they are made fresh in the back.  A great choice to stock up on bagels for the week.  Cream cheese ain't bad either.  The last time--the strangest futuristic/featuring Moe's Bagel's on the wall.  Eh, what are you gonna do?

I have been noshing on bagels as long as I have been going to Bar Mitzvahs.... Bagels are actually one of my favorite foods. Well actually, cream cheese is above bagels on that list, but they go together, so that is why I like bagels.

I like Moe's because it is a local bagel joint with friendly service and bagels galore!  My favorite bagel is always an Everything bagel, but for some reason Moe's calls the Everything bagels "Italians." I personally don't want to change over, so I continue to ask for the bagels under the name "Everything."  They don't seem to have a problem with it... They know that they are against the grain on that one and people like me are stuck in their ways.

So, if I think this place is that yummy and I love bagels oh so much, why did I take a gigantic star away?  Well, I love samples, and this place never has samples.  Every time I go into Moe's, I say to them, "Hey, you guys never have samples!" (I flutter my eyelashes) Then they say, "Yes, we do, we do all the time."  That upsets me even more... because obviously I am missing out on free food, and they are obviously not putting out samples during the busiest part of the day... The morning!  The next part of the star was taken away because they don't sell black and white cookies.  I know that a black and white is more of a New York thing, but come on, give me a break... Moe's is almost there... got great bagels, fast, and yummy.... make me my black and whites and make them so I can't get enough.... and then Moe's can get five stars.  You would never find a bagel joint in New York without fresh black and whites... and like Seinfeld, never buy the ones pre-packaged!

* Star one is for being a local bagel joint
** Star two is for selling yummy Everything bagels with tons of everythings on them... so much, that they fall into the bottom of the bag and then you can pour them on to your plate and dip your bagel cream-cheese bite into them
*** Our star mista three is for that time the owner threw an extra bagel into my dozen... Now that is great customer service!
**** Our last and fourth star is for fast and friendly service

Our fifth star was lost due to the lack of samples and no black and white cookies.

Every single time I come to Boulder, I get a breakfast bagel at Moe's.  If you are in Boulder, you must stop here.  Check out the cinnamon roll picture!  Yikes!
