Mod over blaze any day (I don't like burnt crust)
I didn't even get my pizza yet but I'm writing this review while waiting because I couldn't be happier with the service. I came in @ 3:30 on a weekday to see extremely warm hearted smiles and friendly staff. Maybe it's the holiday season but from the manager to the workers this place will treat you right.
10/10 would recommend definitely coming back again.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - 13171631Jan 4, 2024
We have been here to many times to recall now. But what I will say is every time I go it always good food and good service. The only down side is the wait time some nights. One night, even in a Tuesday the end of the line was at the door and they only had one person behind there counter making the pizzas and salad, when I saw several others back there just "wiping" down the counter and socializing and laughing. I took a picture of the pizza I got from our most recent visit a week before Christmas. I did an order pick up and it wasn't bad.
Overall I recommend. Favorite part to me is the thin crust.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - 196159149Dec 25, 2023
Ok I love Mod pizza. I use the app and it is easy to see all the ingredients and create a bomb a** pizza. I highly suggest the balsamic drizzle. I also appreciate the kindness of the staff and the attention to detail. They have good lemonade options and even though my online order took a bit longer than expected (it was super busy) I will come back here time and time again!

I Just have to give MOD Pizza another chance since my last year's review.
Prices had gone up since the last time I was here a year ago.
I was craving pizza and I was in the Redlands area so decided to come.
MOD means Made On Demand if you like to know what the name stands for.
They have a new creation that are launching the " Pocket Pies".
They are individually sized handmade dough filled with ingredients then oven-fired then folded for a handheld , on-the-go experience.
They are introducing 3 delicious options of :
The FOUR CHEESE with
white sauce base
shredded mild-cheddar cheese
mozzarella
asiago
parmesan cheese
The ITALIANO with
white sauce base
shredded mozzarella
roasted red peppers
parmesan cheese
Pepperoni
salami
sliced tomato
basil
arugula
red sauce
The CHICKEN BACON RANCH
with white sauce base
shredded mild-cheddar cheese
chicken pieces
bacon
drizzle of ranch
I tried my favorite or one of my favorite I should say ...
Four Cheese ... and oh boy ! Oh! Boy!!!! It was soooo yummmmy in my tummmmy!!!! Oven crisped on the outside and an overwhelming gooeyness in the inside.
Surely will come back to bite the other pocket pies !!!Helpful 13Thanks 2Love this 17Oh no 1Jun 26, 2022Previous reviewMy grandkids wanted pizza so my daughter ordered 2 personal pizzas.
My grandson wanted the pineapple, mushroom and ham toppings on his while my granddaughter wanted just pepperoni and olives toppings.
Well what can I say the pizzas are not the best quality after this pandemic.
When my grandson was taking a bite of his sliced pizza all topping fell off into the box so he had to pick them up to eat.
My granddaughter's was almost the same but while trying to get a slice all cheese topping was just sliding off the piece ... I'm not sure how is that toppings don't stay on top, and the crust appeared so paper thin.
It was to my astonishment, a staff was stacking up metal chairs on top of vacant tables and it was so loud. So we were thinking if it was closing time already , but it was only an hour before the closing time of 10 pm.
I can understand that staff needs to clean up during their shift but I think to stack up chairs while customers were still in line ordering others are still dining like us, it's very rude to be doing this especially they do it so loud like to let us know that hurry up it's closing time.

I will never be back to this location. There was a long line with 1 employee making the pizzas. In the meantime, they prioritized online orders ahead of customers who took the time to come in person to spend their money. This is a poor customer service model. I instead went across the way to Chipotle, and they had 4 employees working the line, and we got through in a flash! They have a separate area for online orders to avoid slowing down in person orders. That's the way to do it.

This location is consistently awesome. I ordered a pizza online for a late lunch and then once I got there, decided I'd get a salad too so I didn't have to make dinner.
Both my pizza and salad were great. All of the ingredients tasted fresh and were as delicious as I remembered.
Of all of the pizza chain places like this one, MOD consistently has the best gluten-free crust and dairy free cheese that I've ever had (at every MOD location I've been to vs every location I've been to for Pieology, Blaze, etc). They also seem to have a lot more toppings than any other build your own pizza place.
Employees were friendly, attentive, and efficient. Also, the bathroom was clean.
I drove out of my way just to go to this location on my way home from out of town (I don't have a MOD in my area). It was worth it!Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0Jun 20, 2022Previous reviewCustomer service was great! We ordered 3 pizzas and everyone loved their food. It was our first time going to this MOD location and it was wonderful. Can't wait to go back.

Horrible service from Mika. She gave attitude about scanning rewards QR code. Mind you this was our First time using the rewards and we did not know that the customers had to scan the code themselves with the scanner to receive points & rewards we thought we just had to show it to the employee. (btw I was super happy because we where getting a free no name cake) Than when we did scan it she said very rudely item not found and that's when my bf showed her the barcode again and she again aggressively said if you want the no name cake you need to say that so I can input the correct section! We were so shocked that we didn't even say one word other than me saying size small drinks. We were fathom that she was speaking to us so aggressively simply just because we didn't do the scanning thing correctly/ourselves. Then she went on to speak ill of us to her employees on how we didn't know how to scan the code and that it was not her problem and many more things . She made us very uncomfortable since we chose the dinning in. I understand that's how you run things but that does not give anyone the right to treat people with disrespect. I will no longer be eating at MOD pizza now I will be going out of my way to eat at Blaze Pizza or Pieology.
PS. Any customers using the points & rewards make sure you scan it yourself or Mika the Manager I believe she the manager, Will be talking to you aggressively as that is not part of her job and it's yours to know to do that. I hope the owner reads this review because how is it the customers job to know that & is it really hard for an employee to simply explain how it works that way the customer is aware for next time and have no confusion. Please review camera's & I hope they have sound this happened on April 16 before or around 1:30pm at the cash register.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Moe B.Riverside, CA230441Mar 14, 2024
Does not celebrate Pi Day. Not sure what pizza place does not celebrate Pi day. Generally a good place but no Pi day celebration says a lot about the Pie culture

This place is very nice for a date night or a night out with the family. Everyone can order whatever toppings they want on their pizza and as many as they want. There are tons of healthy options. You can also order a salad instead of a pizza. Service is great. The workers were making sure seating was for paying guests only. They were asking others to leave. There is seating outside as well for cooler days. The location is prime as it sits right across from the Harkins movie theater.

They should rename this place as the world's slowest pizza. My son was determined to wait, it took just under an hour in a reasonably short line (to the door) that just really didn't look that long. How long could it take we though? An hour was the answer. In the time it took, my other two sons went and found another restaurant, queued, ate their food and came back to wait with poor Henry. Pizza wasn't bad though...
