Why? I guess it's an indirect favor. A favor to our arteries.
You have shown us the true path. A path to a perfect burger. So delicious, succulent, robust, and savory.
We miss you dearly.
I was just telling someone last night, at Sky's Tacos, about this place. Today, I go to review it and now you tell me...Mo Betta's closed???
ARRRGGGHHH!!!
This was seriously one of the best O.G. burger stands around. Those big, fat, tasty burgers were fantastic - and the steak fries were outta sight. I would go into more detail, but it would just be too painful. I need more time to grieve. :-(
RIP, MBMMB.
Before I moved to Chicago, I used to live pretty damn close to this burger stand. They were my favorite burgers in Los Angeles, bar none. I never did find out why it closed and my friend who is still in the neighborhood doesn't know why either. The guys who worked here used to joke around with a friend of mine who always ordered the veggie burger with bacon on it.
Mo Better was Too Legit, but not Too Legit to Quit. Unfortunately this place is no longer. The burgers were huge and delish, and rumor had it that the owner was actually a vegetarian so their veggie burgers were awesome as well. Big dirty cut fries and yummy shakes as well.
My god I miss this place... *sniff*... I want a double king with everything, steak fries and a large Strawberry Soda.
I miss the shit out of this place
If you like your meat burgers MEATY, this is the place to buy 'em.
bring back the mo betta meatty meat!!
Best burger I've ever had in my life. It was so good, it has ruined burgers for me forever; every time I try a new burger, I am certain to be disappointed that it isn't up to this standard.
