I received excellent service here. The woman who helped me at checkout was very friendly and encouraged me to come back again. She informed me of several promotions for the month of March and upcoming for April too. She was glad to receive my business and I could tell she was genuine.
The selection at this Hallmark was very good. I was surprised at the size of the store. It was a lot larger than I had expected. Usually the mall Hallmarks tend to be larger than the shopping center stores, but this was just as large as a mall Hallmark.
I'll definitely be coming back again for my card needs. -

I have been to this Hallmark on several occasions, and the service i have received was fine not bad not good, just fine. However, today was a different day. I had to grab a mothers day card, and it being the weekend, I thought to call and find out the store hours, the employee responded "6:00pm". I was getting off work, and drove right over, got there parked was there at the door at 5:20pm, now I know I probably shouldn't have waited to get a card till day of, but time is ever fleeting. I'm in customer service, If a place is closing up within say 15min, I wont go in, I know what thats about. But to completely lock the door, make eye contact with me and then walk off to put away cards, Really COME ON!!!WEAK!!!!!!
I had just called, why not lie to me, tell me you closed at 5:00??
