I was able to finally try fresh Mission Pizza instead of the pizza my brother would take home sometime last week.
One really sweet thing is that this place helps with local school fundraisers! They sell a pack of 10 $2 dollar gift certificates for $16 to schools, who then sell the pack for $20 to their students, and the $4 dollar difference goes back to the school.
They also have a bunch of coupons online, so be sure to check those out before heading over to Mission Pizza.
My favorite thing here was the cheesy garlic bread. The bread was crunchy on the bottom, but soft of the top. I'm guessing it was sourdough bread. The bread was topped with butter, and a good amount of melted cheese. It was served fresh and hot, and the sweetness of the marinara sauce really balanced out the "fat" or creaminess of the garlic bread, making it really tasty.
The pizza was OK as well. We got a cheese pizza and a combo pizza. The crust was similar to the garlic bread, just not sourdoughy. It wasn't super thick or thin, maybe around 1/2 an inch thick? They were really generous with the amount of toppings, which were quite tasty. I thought the sausage was very unique. They had the normal sausage crumbles, but the also had sliced up sausages that got really crunchy in the oven.
If I come back here, which I surely will do, I'll probably opt for the cheesy garlic bread instead of the pizza because the combo of that cheesy goodness with marinara sauce was just amazing!
I'm not a huge fan of pizza, but omg is this place good!!!
I came here with a few friends on Friday night and the place was jam packed. When I entered they had a live bluegrass band playing and people everywhere, it was pure madness.
I had heard about the 55 Bacon Cheeseburger Pizza so we got a small one of these and a medium Phil's Combo.
I must say, the cheeseburger pizza tasted like a cheeseburger but at the same time, it wasn't anything special.
The combo pizza is where it is at, this is perhaps one of (if not) the best pizzas I've ever had. This stuff rivaled Giordano's in Chicago in my opinion. It is a different style pizza than Giordano's, but man it was just that good.
This place must of had 25 beers on tap as well, so definitely come by this place and get some great food and great beer!
Great pizza! The cheeseburger pizza was definitely something new & tasted great. The combo pizza was very good as well. Their pizza has a nice crunchy base and crust but still keeps the pizza very light and fluffy. I can't wait to go back!
I'd recommend getting there pretty early cause the place fills up and gets PACKED. You essentially need to stalk people to grab their table.
Great Pizza! Great Live Music Fri & Sat nights.... Several types of beer on tap, and some wiine. No hard liquor. great Blue Grass Band... You hafta go to this place and make it a regular stop on your dining / events rotation. Great for bringing guests, dates, or family.
I've been coming here for years, and the pizza is still the best. I no longer live in the area, but when i'm down there i try to stop by. The pizza is amazing, lots of toppings, good crust, and TONS of beer on tap. They play live music (blue grass) on the weekends, so it makes the time go by well if you're waiting for you pizza. The atmosphere is great as well, lots of cool pictures on the wall, and tons of beer bottles from around the world as well.
I was thinking of taking one star off, because it can get crowded on the weekend and the parking lot is small, but hey i'm reviewing the business not the parking lot. Great place, highly reccomend
YUMMY!!!
The crust is crispy and just right (not too thick not too thin). Good atmosphere and the staff is awesome. They are Very friendly and attentive!!! This place gets jam packed, but they make it a point to acknowledge you and let you know they'll be right with you.
This is mine and my hunny's new pizza spot :)
Apparently they have a comedy night on Thursdays? At least that's what we discovered after walking in around 7:30 last night for some low key pizza and beers.
Big mistake. Should have left when it first became apparent that the comics all are horrible. Really. If this is a ploy to up the beer consumption, it worked for us.
The "comics" were not only not funny at all, they were using really poor taste.
Examples:
"Guess what my new favorite group is? ...The Jackson FOUR!"
AND
"Man there are a lot of white people here tonight! (Starts counting out loud, only to end the "joke" there.)
AND
"Man there are a lot of kids here tonight. Nope can't tell that joke. Or this one...Kids, go outside! HAHAHA"
AND
One of the guys was really bombing and he's like: "Has anyone seen that show, Millionaire Matchmaker?" So to try to save him a little, I raised my hand, then he goes "Well, yeah, of course, the WHITE girl raises her hand!! HAHAHA." (Nothing else to joke)...
Oh and they got all pissy and started saying "Huh, lively crowd tonight!" (When no one was laughing).
No, you just suck.
Love the pizza. Just call ahead to make sure it's not a comedy night.

I'm kicking myself in the arse for not coming here sooner. I've read the reviews always saying ya ya I'll go next time and next time turn into a year! Finally I made the 2 mile journey to Mission Pizza ( I know long drive). We decided to order our pizza to go 30 min, we ordered a large half Andromeda Skye's Galaxy which consist of spinach, red onions, black olives, sun dried tomatoes, Greek peppers, sausages, feta, and pesto. The other half we made up bacon and sun dried tomatoes. What I like about their pizza granted It has been the first time I had it, the toppings are not overwhelming, so with every bite you get a little bit of everything and the peppers don't overpower the pizza at all. If you like bacon they don't skimp on the bacon :) One of the big things I base a good pizza joint is the sauce to cheese ratio, I can't stand when half the pizza is all sauce, it was perfect. The pizza does taste good the second day.
The atmosphere is a typical pizza place, benches and a tv in the corner but the do have a band. It would be kind of cool if the had more tv's for sporting events. The customer service was good.
pizza is greta but its rather pricy. Ingredients are fresh and the atmosphere is great for kids and parties. They deliver and have a very good salad bar.
"Do you guys smoke?"
"What?"
"Most people in here do and if you do, this [pointing the menu] is the favorite of people with the munchies."
"Ok...well, what's your favorite?"
We ended up with an employee's personal creation which was definitely a great recommendation. I'm going to work more with Swiss now! I truly can't wait to try the other combos. The variety of toppings is great. This was the first time I've had linguica on a pizza and I it won't be the last.
The wait for the pie too cook isn't so bad with the array of beers available. A pitcher for $14 and I'm happy. The "Tangerine" from Lost Coast Brewery has a lovely citrus flavor in a hefe style brew. Yummy!
It took us a minute but we spotted the shirts "Got Grass? Bluegrass that is!" oh, they play on the whole thing, sort of explains our greeting, I guess. Live music is always a +1. Those guys were having fun and I don't have anything against bluegrass.
A pretty good pizza place with a good amount of beers on tap.. This place has a somewhat country feel to it. Maybe its the country music or the decorations, but overall, good pizza.
Im taking off one star because of some butthole running the front counter. He was young, chubby, and had a scruffy excuse for facial hair. If you cant grow it, dont sport it chubby. You know who you are..
As we were leaving, we asked chubby for a "to go" box. With attitude he takes the leftover and doesnt even give us a box. He just wraps our pizza in aluminum foil... What an A-hole.
Im all about service. No matter how good the pizza is, i wont go back to a place with that has crap for service.
I like this place. The pizza is piled up with toppings, which was such a surprise compared to those other pizza joints. The crust is between a thick and a thin. It was crispy nonetheless. Good spicing in the tomato sauce and the pizza was good all-around. Reasonable pricing - much less than Patxi's in Palo Alto and much better.
The live bluegrass was entertaining. I'm more of a country-rock type, but I actually enjoyed the live music and the characters on stage and sitting around us. Great choice of beers on tap too!
The guys behind the counter were helpful, although I was ignored by the lady behind the bar. I'll try it a few more times to make sure they're consistent.
After seeing all the other yelpers rave about Mission Pizza I decided to take a couple of my co-workers here for lunch. Mission Pizza lives up to the hype, it's really good. Generous toppings, good beer selection and a decent salad bar.
What else can you ask from a pizza joint?
The pizza takes a long time to come out of the oven but I am not a fan of fast food anyway and I don't mind waiting if the pizza is freshly made and cooked appropriately. It's worth 4 Stars!
This is the best Pizza in Fremont, not the best I've tasted but for a hometown place it works!
Mission Pizza has comedy nights every other Thursday night so that was the reason for my visit...
This Pizza Joint has its ups and downs. The highlights include the decor which is nice to look around at from the guitars on the walls to the many empty beer cans and bottles around the place. The place serves sodas you rarely find at restaurants including RC Cola and Cherry 7up - pretty cool in my book. They also have a nice selection of beers on tap.
The lows include the pizza itself as it contains too much dough. I sometimes felt like I was just eating some cheese bread. Also, if you are going out with your buddies to catch the big name, this is not the place to go as they only have one TV in the far corner which is small and not High Def. And iit is only open until 9:30pm or 10pm at the latest? That is weak in my opinion.
Good place for the family to go to...unless you go on comedy night... then you may want to leave the kids at home.
Ok, I'm sure the pizza here might be good but I wouldn't know because I didn't even get that far.
I am not writing my review based on the food here. I am writing this review about customer service. Which, in the establishment, has none one soever.
A good friend of mine gave me the recommendation to eat here. So, I took my girlfriend to try it out.
Walking inside we chose to sit at the bar. We sat down and were immediately greeted by this cocky teenager saying "What do you want man?" Usually when we sit at a bar the bartender will say hello and then ask the lady what she wants.
Now, don't get me wrong, I wasn't expecting much going into a pizza joint, but they had a bar top and there is usually some kind of customer service at a bar top.
So, my girlfriend asks for a beer on tap and I do the same. The kid serves our beer then immediately goes to the register and comes back.... "$9.53" with his hand out.....
We were there to eat so my girlfriend says "We are going to eat also....do you have a menu?"
He walks away, then comes back and says "The menus are over there. You can go pick one up." ?????????? Like, hello?? You couldn't have walked over and grabbed one for us????
So, my girlfriend gets up to look at the menu and then the guy is asking me again for the money for the beers???? So, I give him my money and I start shaking my head....... he says "What?" Like some little punk kid that is trying to start something....... Then when my girlfriend comes back he brings us a menu!
And the killer is.....this lady sitting next to me that witnessed it all looked at me and shook her head in disgust and said " I am sorry".Looking at the kid behind the bar and couldn't believe how she had just heard him talk to me. And then she got up and walked behind the counter....she worked there!
I could not believe the customer service at this place! I will NOT be going back and I will NOT be recommending this place to anyone.
Just sad to see another location in Fremont go to dirt.
Great Pizza. Great atmosphere. Probably the most expensive Pizza I've ever bought.
Good old Mission Pizza. I haven't been to Mission Pizza since I was in High School and that was at their original location right across the street from Ohlone College and their lunch deal was about $3.
It's been at least 10 years since they moved from their Original Location and the wife and I had the chance to stop by to get a slice. The general vibe of Mission Pizza is really hasn't changed much since I was last here at their original location except that this new place is much bigger.
Best way to describe Mission Pizza is that it's a cross between biker bar and local family pizza joint. The walls are crammed with everything from beer cans, license plates, and pictures. They have 30+ beers on tap which is always a nice treat.
Prices here are reasonable, you're basically looking at between $6 for a mini - $25 for their large pizza. They have all of your standard combinations and a couple Mission Pizza specials. Looking over the menu the decided to get a mini Debra's Vegetarian and I got the Griffins Cordon Blue which was a combo of ranch, swiss, chicken, and ham, and also got a glass of beer.
Wife and I sat down and took in the sites and I relaxed and enjoyed my beer. The pizzas took about 15 minutes to cook and when the came out they were decent size probably about 6 inches in diameter. The one thing that shocked me was that they were now thin crust pizza. They used to be a bit more doughy and had a thicker crust. Now they are more along the lines of "NY style" but not as greasy or easy to fold and more along the lines of a crispier crust.
They did a good job on the toppings and they were plentiful. The sauce was decent and I did like they were generous with the cheese. A mini for my wife and I was more than enough with some food for us to take home.
Overall to be honest, I thought the pizza was ok. My wife enjoyed here veggie pizza because of the variety and amount they heaped on for her. We ended up paying $20 for 2 mini pizzas, a beer, and drink, can't complain about the price. As to rating, generally I would give Mission Pizza about a 3 star rating, it's good, I would come back and it's definitely better than a lot of choices out there, but it's not on the top of my list (personally I think Bronco Billy's is better), but I do have lots of fond memories of Mission Pizza back in the "glory years" and for that, it's worth an extra star. So 4 star rating for Mission Pizza and thanks for the memories.
I can't say enough good things about Mission Pizza. It's pretty typical neighborhood pizzeria in terms of decor, but who can beat the creative recipes, live music, and endless variety of beer? The garden pizza is especially miraculous.
I was a little dubious reading the description, and my teenager looked crestfallen when he spotted spinach and nuts on a pizza- but I wouldn't think of skipping it now (and the teenager waited until we went to the counter to snarf several pieces!)
On the downside, it can be quite crowded on a Friday night, and service can be a wee bit slow at times.
My boyfriend works in the same plaza so we come here for lunch often. One of us usually gets one of their lunch mini meals which is a GREAT deal...you get to pick one item like a personal pizza, meatball sandwich, garlic/cheese bread, etc...and you get a drink and the unlimited salad bar. The other usually just gets the salad bar which is also a great deal for only $3.95 and we split whatever fatty item we got.
Its a cool neighborhood family-owned type place (i don't know if it actually is family owned) decorated with stuff from around the country and a bajllion empty beer bottles. I love it! There's a stage for a band and they have great happy hour prices, although I haven't been there for either of those. Its a great little place to hang out, and I'm sure we'll be eating there again very soon.
THE BEST PIZZA IN THE WORLD
I used to work here when I was in high school a little over 20 years ago - making and delivering pizza when it was right across the street from Ohlone College. It used to be called No-Name Pizza, and I was there when they changed the name to Mission Pizza.
We ate as much as we wanted and never got tired of it. Sometimes I brought chinese food my mom cooked from home and we made specialty pizza's just for ourselves - beef with broccoli pizza, kung-pao chicken with cashews pizza - this was before California Pizza Kitchen's time.
I don't live in Norcal anymore, but I try to stop by now and then when I'm in the area - and the pizza still tastes exactly the same. Brings back many fond memories.
My goal is always to try new places but I've almost exasperated all the decent places in Fremont. The only option is to go back to the places I initially believed to be "good" and to see what, if anything, has changed.
I ordered the a Large '40 Special Chicken ($23.50) - Ranch Sauce, Chicken, Spinach, Bacon and Extra Cheddar on top. I actually came to pick up the pizza 15 minutes later than I told them and it was sitting in the clear heat case. It's really too bad because the pizza seemed slightly dry. It had plenty of toppings though but I found it strange that the spinach was shredded like seaweed. I could taste the flavor of the ranch sauce but I couldn't actually feel much of it. I do prefer very saucy pizzas so this was a slight bummer. It was still really good and the crust was crisp on the bottom but softer as you go upward. I'm thinking this pizza would've tasted better if I ate it right out of the oven.
I also got an order of Italian Breaded Wings (12 for $8) and they were very peppery! Kids would probably not like this because a 4-year old I gave these to did not want to eat more than a bite. They were still good though but it tastes frozen? I wonder if they actually make these fresh...
Be sure to print out coupons from their website--there is no expiration date. Even though I'm giving this 3 stars, I know this place will do well. I would consider coming again but it's always a bit out of the way from where I need to go. Overall, definitely a great place for families, beer lovers, and people who prefer pizzas with tons of heavy toppings!

Outside of John's in NYC, Mission Pizza is the BEST! The Blue Grass Jam is outstanding and COW BOY BILL is the best country and wester singer in the world!!!!! The Linguica and Cheese pizza are my favorite and they let me park my Harley inside.... I don't care what anybody says... Phil is ok with me... maybe a little light in the saddle but heck.. who cares..
If you're not in a hurry, this is a good place to get a good pizza. More tan not, I had to wait, but it's the only decent pizza place on Mission. The staff is nice and the place is clean.
Mediocre pizza at best. The crust was sub par - far too thick, doughy and bland. The sauce and toppings were also unimpressive. It tasted like generic canned tomato sauce and "meh" toppings.
Service was unimpressive. The woman at the counter didn't display the normal pleasantries one would expect when ordering at a restaurant. A simple smile, or a thank you goes a long way in my book.
The only positive thing I can say about the place is that they have a bunch of beer on tap with a huge variety (at least 20). The bartender was nice and poured with skill.
It's certainly a unique place with interesting decor. I liked all the beer cans from the 70s. It's a shame that the quality of the pizza, which in my opinion is what really matters, was quite poor.
pretty cool place and i'd give it 4 stars if it weren't for the jerk-staff. I dont know if it was just that night we went or if they're always like that, but there was one lady-dude who was just yellin at my friend sayin she's got other people to help before she can help him. psh, someone didn't want our business. but we finally got our pitcher of beer and there were 4 of us but they would only give us 3 glasses. why? i dont know! we kept asking other people but they'd just ignore us or tell us to ask someone else. geez! we also waited like 40 minutes for our pizza... good thing we had some beer to kill the time waiting..
anyways, they have lots of beer here and their pizza is pretty good, too. they have a stage, too so i guess they have performances there. it's a pretty chill place, i'd definitely go back for some pizza and beer. hopefully they're nicer next time..
Mission Pizza is absolutely my favorite hangout in the East bay - hands down!
The pizza here is okay - it's been hit or miss a couple of times. The wings and rib tips are pretty good, but frankly, I don't come here for the food. The beer selection is flat out fantastic! I love porters and stouts and these seem to be harder to find. Mission Pizza seems to always carry a decent selection - many of them hard to find at other places. My favorites among the 30 different beers on tap are Old Rasputin, Pipeline, Longboard, Bellhaven ale, and the Denoginizer IPA.
On certain days they have bluegrass which is pretty entertaining. Happy hour is before 6 everyday, which is the perfect excuse to leave work just a little early. All in all, this is a great place to have pint with a friend!
I love going to Mission Pizza. Yes, the wait can be long, but only b/c they're so good. My best advice is if you want Mission Pizza during one of their super-busy times (Friday and Sat. evening on account of the live band) just phone in an order to-go.
I LOVE coming here with my boyfrined and just sipping one of their many varieties of beer while waiting for the amazing Bacon Cheeseburger Pizza or 40 chicken Pizza. Very fun hang out.
Mission Pizza is old school! I used to go to their previous location for my little league pizza parties and I still wouldn't want my pizza from any other place! If your picking your pizza up, your missing out! The 'zza at Mission Pizza comes out piping hot with a hot crispy bottom and warm chewey top. When you throw one of these bad boys in a box, you lose this magic element of their pizza. Sure the Pizza's still delicious, but if your gunna have a Mission Pizza, have a pitcher of Firerock, listen to some bluegrass, and get your grub on! They have a vast selection of beer and who ever is working behind the bar is always more then happy to help you narrow down your brew choices. The '55 Bacon Cheeseburger pizza is SLAMMIN'! Everytime i introduce a Mission Pizza n00b to the '55, they always take their first bite and with a full mouth mumble something like, "it tastes like a cheese burger" damn right it does!
Come here on the weekends and it's more of an "experience" then just a pizza place. The bluegrass is boomin' and the place is packed, so if your afraid of country twang and unruley children, you might want to stay away on their music nights. I on the other hand love it. I'm aways begging my GF to stay for a pint of Firerock and a Johnny Cash cover, don't worry tho, she's a push over when it comes to pizza and beer so my begging never needs to go to far before she gives in to this whining 29 year old! tks L.
I see alot of reviews on here where people are just hating the pizza here. I'll tell you right now, fellow Yelpers; I've been coming here for 10+ years, I'm a pizza aficionado (i've got the gut to prove it) and Mission Pizza delivers! well not literally, you'll still have to go pick it up but definitely worth the drive! Take it from a Yelper who hearts pizza more then life itself, Mission Pizza has the bomb pie yo!
God i love this place, if you dig beer then hit this place. a ton of beer on tap, the people know the tastes and can recommend a good one. the pizza is great, gotta get the cheesy bread sticks too. the old car parts on the wall are pretty cool too lol. only giving it 4 stars for the following 2 reasons:
1) tiny tv, every good pizza joint should have a big tv for the local sports
2) lol@ the heehaw music. its fun to watch but oh boy is it funny.
all in all this place is great, very different pizza options that are delicious! worth traveling a little ways to get it.
On our way to an event in East Bay, we decided to stop in and check this place out. We had a large group and it was a Saturday night, so I sort of understood the 30+ minute wait they quoted us for the pizza preparation. Luckily, the garlic bread and beer kept us occupied. The beer selection here is top notch and worth mentioning. They easily have 20-30 on tap, and most of them are quality American micro-brews or European imports. We knocked back a few, waited for the pizza, and watched a blue/country band setup on the stage built in the corner of the place.
Once our pizzas came, my enthusiasm dropped. The pizza was average, if not disappointing. The Masala pizza was extra spicy and was a big hit with my friends form India. The BBQ Chicken was my favorite.
Normally, I give my rating by starting with a perfect score and knocking stars off. In this case, I'll try the opposite. I'll give my final review by starting off with 3 stars for the average pizza and giving Mission Pizza a +1 bonus for the beer selection and cool atmosphere.
There are only two eating establishments that I have been unable to live without since moving to Sacramento- Erik's Deli and MISSION PIZZA!!!!
Kyle's Cashew and Debra's Garden will be delivered to my cell if I ever find myself incarcerated and facing my last meal. It's the best and although I was alittle resitant to the new location, it's growing on me- oh and a shout out to Gabe '96 baby! man we're getting old ( :
Yummy pizza, selection of beer and some good ole Blue Grass. Great way to spend your Friday!
I show up here every so often on a Saturday afternoon, after Ultimate at Fremont Central park. I really, really enjoy their fantastic beer selection. I love, love, love that they have Abita Purple Haze on tap. Tons of local NOLA style restaurants don't serve ANY Abita on tap, usually just bottles. Yay!
I don't particularly care for the food. I just find it pretty unremarkable. I've tried quite a few of their pizzas, and I consistently find them boring. The cheesy bread is good though. Service is ok. I think I pick the wrong time to come, because there is usually only one person up front when I get there.
I like coming to drink here. I think if I got drunker, maybe the food would be better, but since I'm usually especially hungry, and I really want to eat, that may not work out for this places favor.
But the beer. Yes on the beer.
They got beers on tap
That explode on contact
32 to be exact
Impressive, no? I had the Longboard - light tasting.
4-6 p.m. is Happy Hour so drinks are $2.99. What a steal!
Dinner among us 3 women was the Andromeda's Spiral Galaxy. Love the name alluding to possibly tasting to something out of this world. Full of chopped up spinach, garlic sauce, red onions, black olives, sun-dried tomatoes, feta cheese, and pesto minus the sausage. Took a bit of time to get out to us - 35ish minutes.
It wasn't "to die for" pizza but it had a fresh, creative flavor. I think it could have used more feta cheese to create the nice balance between tangy and salty.
There was a bit of a live performance with a gentleman playing guitar and singing which was a nice touch rather than it being the regular pizza joint.
Mission Pizza is delicious. This is the combo deal served all day:
all you can eat baby greens salad buffet+fresh-baked personal sized pizza (choose 3 toppings)+fountain drink=$7.50
Best deal
Huge variety of beer on tap.
One of the worst, if not THE worst pizza I've eaten. Seriously what is wrong with the Fremont Yelpers?
I'll admit, the pizza parlor has character, the service is friendly, and the free refills on soda is cool since they have unsweetened organic iced tea.
But the pizza...where do I start?
1 - the cheese was balnd and there was too much of it.
2 - the onions were still raw on top of the pizza, and I like onions on pizza but these were just too raw.
3 - Speaking of raw, this is a good place to introduce the dough, I mean, the crust. The crust is way too thick, and very very doughy...and BLAND.
4 - The sausage looked and tasted like the sausage that they use at Domino's. Come to think of it, we may have had a better tasting pizza if we had ordered Domino's or even thawed a Tombstone.
This place was full of families and kids' sports teams after practice on a sunny Saturday and the atmosphere was pleasant with all the kids having fun, the parents/coaches sitting around drinking beers and I can understand why some people would rate this place higher than I can. Going purely by the pizza, I can honestly say this place was awful...it should be a crime to mess up pizza! Its PIZZA for god's sake...oh well, should know better than to eat in Fremont.
This place bodes good pizza, delicious tap beer, and a chill atmosphere so you can show your guts underneath the wooden table. They have live music there too. It's not Showtime at the Apollo so umm...don't boo anyone, tarts!
Anyways, take some friends there, order a pizza pie, talk about who wrote the Dead Sea Scroll on a nice ale. Cheers!
Best pizza we've found in the area (I'm reserving a star as I've had better in other areas). Lots of toppings!
Great beer selection on tap
It pays to order ahead as the wait can be long on friday or saturday evenings.
Good place to meet friends and hang out, or just to pick up a pizza to go.
Print out the coupons from the website to save some money!
Not a bad place to go with the family and get some pizza. I went because my friend was doing stand up comedy, they offer it for free some nights. The pizza I got was tasty, somewhat overpriced but overall not too bad. They offer some unique drinks like RC cola on tap and it looked they had a great amount of beer on tap. They have lots of cool stuff on the wall, like old beer cans but they lack a big screen TV, they need to get to work on that! For Fremont it seemed like the place to be! For me it was OK!
If you are looking for a watering hole.... this might be your place.
If you are looking for good pizza. Keep looking.
Before I go on I should say that we are from the Jersey Shore and in general find the pizza out here to be flat out bad.
The pros: We got the thin crust cooked well done. Was super crispy and flavorful. Also the toppings were plentiful.
The cons: the sauce is very sweet, think Preggo. The sausage bits are nasty. The cheese... I don't get this thing with putting cheddar on pizza.
Overall. For a place to hang, pretty okay. As a PIZZA RESTAURANT: it's on par with Round Table and Mountain Mikes. Which, in my opinion... what's the point?
