LOVED IT!!!

I'm too down to spend a whole afternoon there. Some finds are pricey but trust me when your least excepting it you'll find the best treasure there.

Vintage galore. Purses, Clothes. Hats.Books. Chairs. China....u name it!

I was a little skeptical before coming into the Mission Galleria. I'm not really into antiques or vintage shopping. I was pleasantly surprised. There was a lot of antique furniture, clothes, books, chairs, etc. but there was also a lot of not-so-antique things mixed in. There's a sandwich shop in the basement. I didn't get anything to eat, but the food smelled good. On the second floor, I was surprised to see that they even had some band shirts with bands that I listen to on them.

I ended up getting an awesome purse. I'll definitely be back.

be prepared to spend a decent amount of time here to hunt. The store is 3 stories big. They have a pretty tasty sammich shop in the basement, just in case you get famished from hunting through the vendors.

I've purchased some great vintage finds here. You just need a little patience

On the corner of Mission Inn Avenue and the Main Street Pedestrian Mall in downtown Riverside is the Mission Galleria - a massive consignment-driven antique store.  Deceptively small-looking on the outside, the actual floorspace takes up the ground level as well as an upstairs and basement level.  There's even a florist, chocolatier and a full-service clock/watch/jewelry repair shop inside.

Add a sandwich shop in the basement level and you have a shopping experience that can, quite literally, last an entire day!  The store consists of area after area of booths and areas which people rent out and decorate as they see fit with whatever wares they are offering for sale.  This consignment booth model isn't unique to this store by any means, but the variety of items you can find is quite vast; ranging a gamut of genres: from classic Americana to French Country.

The only thing stopping me from giving them 5 stars is their layaway policy for multiple items.  EACH item you put on layaway has to be $50 or more individually.  This may be nitpicking - but for someone on a budget who finds a a bunch of nice things from the same booth it can be a bit limiting.  Still and all - this doesn't detract from the sheer size of browsing space and variety of items you can find here.
