I rarely rate parking garages but this one is pretty legit.
It's cheap. It's right next to the mission. On the weekends it closes late. It feels a lot safer than parking on the street.
I didn't get the feeling of getting ripped off after parking here for 5 hours ($10). -

Thank the food and coffee lords for this car garage. We couldn't find parking while trying to visit Ritual (our ritual when visiting the city) until I caught a slight glimpse of a sign for a car garage.
This place is not very pricey, in fact cheap for city standards. Park here if you want to shop or sip some coffee at any of your cult coffee parlors: Ritual, Four Barrel and or Blue Bottle, or grabbing some Brunch at Spork or Boogaloos or just want to check out one of the several cute retail stores in the fun, quirky and hip neighborhood.
We got a spot right by the entrance/exit and don't forget to pay in advance. The guy behind the glass protected cover was a sweet older gentleman with a kind smile. -

Who wants to go through the stress of parking in the city when you can swipe a BART card or MUNI pass and get to your Mission destination on the cheap. That's what I thought when debating between driving my own car vs. taking public transit.
But then this garage turned up. $6 for 3 hours worth of parking totally made sense to me and I feel like I caught a deal when with the other option, most of my time would have been spent waiting for the bus or train. Good deal for parking in the Mission when you can't find a meter.Listed in: Planes, Trains and Automobiles

I've used this garage on occasion when the parking in the Mission is crazy and you want them to keep an eye on your car.
Was in by 7 and out by about 9:30 and it only ran me 6 bucks.
Really close to all those restos on Valenica that seem to be poppin' lately so protect that whip and garage that bad-boy! You'll be glad you did.
They don't validate at all and take your ticket with you so you don't have to park in the 5 minute stalls. Its gets backed up when all the people are leaving the Mission after dinner, clubs or bars.
Love the Mission!!! -

I paid for a spot here for 5 months, so this review is based on that monthly reserved option, not the one-offs. The garage is located conveniently close to lots of great spots for food in the Mission.
I do, however, have 3 gripes:
1) If there is a car in front of exiting, you have to wait for the garage to close before swiping your key access card; otherwise, you won't be able to get back in since it thinks you're still inside the garage. The same applies for the opposite direction.
2) There are certain spots in the garage that have white gook on the ceiling; if you park under those spots, your car will get damaged from it.
3) Because there is such a long waiting list for this garage, they pretty much jack up the price at will because they can. The cost jumped from $165 to $180 during the my time here.
Overall, it's not a bad option but there are certainly some annoyances about it. -

Decent parking and pricing when we came here for a quick trip to the city for dinner and a show.

I always park my car here when coming into the Mission. For the prices they charge, it's not worth leaving your car out in the street to have something happen to it. Security seems pretty good too.
Clean, big spaces, very professional and extremely courteous staff... I love it! I wish they were open later in the evening a couple of hours more EVERY night, but a minor price to pay.
After partying Saturday night, I got to the garage at around 2:30am and it was closed!!! My fault obviously, but if I'm going home at that time, I'm sure there are plenty of others too. Very minor issue. So, I had a $30 cab ride home that night. What eased the pain was the $15 overnight charge for my parking. Heck, I was probably going to pay around $10 at least for the amount of time my car was in the garage. An extra $5 for overnight is a total bargain.
Great garage. Use it. -

Great parking location for great prices - something like $3 for the first hour, plus $2/hr after that - http://www.pacificpark.... Cheap enough to make it not worth the bother of circling around looking for parking.
They accept credit-card payment. However, the downside to this garage is that you have to pay in person at the window (no cruise-through credit card payment, and no automated payment-collecting machines like at 5th and Mission).Listed in: Parking

OK, as a monthly parker here I really have something of an axe to grind. We pay $150/month (it just went up) and sign an agreement that says we're licensed to park a car in the garage. Nowhere in the agreement does it say that we're not guaranteed a parking space.
But are we?
No.
No, some schmuck can drive over, pay $2, and take the spot I'm shelling out $150/month for. Basically, if I get home anywhere between the hours of say 7-9pm on any given night, I have to find street parking. WTF?! Maybe I'm whining. Maybe I expect too much. But seriously, what kind of crap is this? Why the hell should I pay for monthly parking if I can't get it?
Buh.
Aside from that ranting (and the fact that it closes at midnight every day but Friday/Saturday), it's pretty big, clean, reasonably well watched over, and as long as I'm careful about when I get home, a safe reliable parking space.
Oh, and it's a block from my house, which is pretty cool. -

Love this garage. Entrances on both sides - so depending on where you're eating or hanging out - it's close. Best pf all, most garages have the "scent of urine". Somehow the city keeps this garage clean.
Reasonable pricing - almost the same as street parking during the day without the risk.
I guess I go mostly in the daytime / early evening - so I haven't had the issue of it being too full to use. -

Beware of the signage or lack thereof and also a rude ass manager
The sign says Overnight - $4 and in writing underneath it "Enter after 9pm and leave before 9am." I arrived at 7:30 pm and assumed I would pay the hourly rate from 7:30pm until the 9pm-9am overnight parking started. I go to leave the next morning at 8:55am and what should have been (intuitively) an $8-$10 charge was now $18. WTF I explained to the manager that the sign was not clear and the $4 overnight rate didn't say it was ONLY from 9pm-9am. There was no other indication for example a 24hr price. He pretty much rolled his eyes at me and said yes people get confused all the time (ya think!) .
SHould have parked there for 1.5hrs, paid and either driven back in or just get a new ticket. -

For the lack of parking in the Mission, it's always nice to know there's a garage. Even though there's a 350 space here it gets full fast and last week we got in just in time. However what happens is it becomes a valet controlled operation at that point. If you're not comfortable with giving up your keys you might want to get here early. It still beats what people are doing out on Valencia there; parking in the middle of the street!

I've parked here twice so far, and it was a lot less stressful than searching for a spot on the street. The prices are a little steep in my opinion, only about a dollar cheaper per hour than parking rates in Union Square, but that's what happens when there's a high demand for off-street parking. Ideally, I wouldn't drive at all, but for those times when I need to drive to the Mission, this garage is clean, has wide spaces, and takes credit cards.

Or, park at a meter, and kick yourself when you come back to your car and find that you have an expensive ticket under your windshield wiper. To the tune of around fifty bucks.

I really wish the staff at this place would work on their signage, especially when the lot fills up. They usually just put up cones at the gate and let the cars line up on both sides of the street, each one honking and waving at the guy in front of him to hurry it up, when the poor dude up front just wants people to back off so he can back up and find parking elsewhere. Since I live right there, that noise is the soundtrack of just about my every Friday night, especially when it's nice out. It's also pretty dangerous for everyone else in the area because drivers get pretty ragey about waiting and start cutting around each other without looking when that happens--I've nearly gotten pegged on my bike multiple times because of it!
I do have to say though, this is a really well-maintained lot, the prices are totally reasonable, and the staff are pretty nice . . . which is definitely worth three stars . . . especially when your options are circling around and around, burning gasoline! -

M Konger and I parked here while visiting Medjool. It seems to be a popular parking garage in the area - i always thought there wasn't any parking garage in the 24th/Mission area - but i guess i was wrong. The parking garage is two levels - to get to the 1st level you have to approach from Bartlet Street. To get to the 2nd level you have to approach from a different side street. This was confusing. Still it beats trying to find parking on the street. You should approach from valencia instead of mission as they regulate access to the garage (1 car in / 1 car out). Prices are OK... remember the time shows first... this isn't NYC parking prices :-)

Always reliable parking during the day. In the afternoon, they usually close it because it gets full. Nonetheless, when I have my dental and eye appointments, it feels good not having to worry about the meter running out. The prices here aren't bad either, $2 the first hour is always better than getting a $40 ticket (or however much they cost these days).

No huss no fuss parking garage. Super easy, I've never been here on an occasion where there is no parking spots available, and its cheap. Enough for me.
