Anyone who doesn't like dentist and who can't find a good dentist, this is the place for you! Everyone is so nice and helpful. Makes you feel comfortable and relaxed if you are nervous.Trust me when I say this! I went to so many dentist and even though it is a drive for me, I gave it a try. Dr Hirota is so nice and she makes sure you are comfortable. She will tell you what is the best and gives you options . She takes time on all your questions. No pushing on expensive treatments, won't try to sell you anything you really don't need. I took my kids with me and they were so happy that they didn't feel scared. Not leaving dentist traumatized , don't have to take the kids to children dentistry anymore. She will take care of your kids without the expensive quotes they give you at the end. I am so glad that I finally found her and I can finally go to a trusted dentist!

Who ever really says they like to go to the dentist. At least that's who I use to feel, until I came across Dr Bahn . From my first appointment the front desk Donna and Wilma greeted me with friendly smiles and very helpful amd easy to understand exxplaining my copays. Then once I was ready to get my dental work done a very humorous and friendly dental assistant Don brought ease to my mind making me feel comfortable in giving me that peace of mind I needed . As far as dentist I never thought I would say I like going to the dentist, but I can honestly say after going to Dr Bahn for almost 1 year now that's completely changed. Dr Bahn is one of a kind dentist who puts her patient's first in every way. She patiently explains all the work she will perform before and during the time she is taking care of you and always ready to listen to any concerns or questions you may have. If I can say I did one thing right ...was I chose a great dentist in San Diego and hope to keep her as long as I need dental work done !

Dr. Hirota has been my family dentist for quite some time now. She takes very good care of me and explains to me all of my options. She wants to make sure the decision I make is best for my dental needs. She also has an associate that works on Fridays (I've seen Dr. Banh as well). They are both wonderful dentists!

Dr. Hirota is very experienced, genuinely cares, listens carefully and provides me options in a way I can understand. She always greets me with a smile (and has a great sense of humor). Staff is wonderful and caring both on the phone and in person. She understands I am on a budget and is always happy to work with me whether I am paying out of my own pocket or paying with dental insurance. She is much more focused on "prevention". She is always working hard to help me keep my natural teeth (and avoid the pain and expense of dentures, implants, etc.). For more than 10 years I have trusted Dr. Hirota with my dental care and I have a great big wonderful smile to show for it. Even after all of these years I continue to be grateful I found her and her great staff. I have recommended a number of friends to her over the years (including my boss) and they all have thanked me. I recommend her to you without hesitation or reservation.

The best dental office I have ever gone to. They really provide quality care and make sure the patient receives the best recommended treatment. The doctor was real helpful at relieving me through a traumatizing situation that I recently gone through. As he was doing my bone graft and implants , he'd always give me helpful advice on overcoming my depression. These workers will care for you more than any other dental office and that includes both ladies up front. I have never gone to a dental office that seems like they care more about the patient than the payment plan. Unfortunately , they aren't my main dental office but I'd rather drive for an hour and a half to get dental work done here rather than my main dentist. I'm very grateful for being a patient here and I recommend them for anybody.

Highly recommend Dr. Hirota and her staff. Dr. Hirota has been very patient, and very good at what she does. The office always follows up on our phone calls, and concerns. She has been a dentist for over 30 years. I sure am glad that I went to her for a second opinion. Too much to get into to but, she found the root of my problem, when my other dentist did not. Seriously though, wouldn't trust anybody else for my family. Thanks !

I recommend Dr.Hirota because she is very conservative and efficient dentist. Shes a wonderful person and really cares for her patients. She also works with patients that have special needs.

I came in for a check up and cleaning at this office. The dentist took the time and gave a good cleaning and exam. Excellent services for a first impression. I would definitely come back since this office does not rush you out of the chair like others. They took the time to do the work.
