I'm torn between 3 and 4 stars right now. I've definitely started to like this place more this year. Located in the cluster of resorts which include the Esmeralda and the Hyatt Grand Champions, the Miramonte and always been a tad obscured. However, I have fully begun to appreciate the seclusiveness of this one. The pool is really cute, surrounded by plush lounge chairs and cabanas. They don't hold any exciting events like their resort neighbors, which keeps this resort a tad more low-key.

They do have an amazing spa called The Well. I have sampled many of their services and every single one has been great! Exactly what I'd expect out of a high-end hotel spa. I was definitely made to feel like a queen. And that's how everyone eants to feel right? The one time you're overspending, you just want to be treated like one of those rish women that everyone sucks up to. lol.

It's definitely a more quiet, laid back and low key place but if that's what you want, which many of us do given that the other nearby hotels cater to children a bit more, then its perfect.

Last, the bar food inside is delicious. Seriously, every single item was so freakin good. I can't even narrow it down. And I know a few years ago they renovated the rooms and they compare greatly to the Hyatt or Westin now.

HELPFUL TIP: You can find them on Priceline often for around $85. You have to name your own price though.

Alright, so we price-lined this resort and it booked us for $85 a night, what a great deal? Yes and No!

I feel as though the Miramonte Resort is trying to be 5 Star, has the 5 Star potential, but just doesn't achieve it! First off, it is a cool looking area, but doesn't match up to nearby competitors.

Secondly, and might have just been in my room, the beds are horrible. We arrive and check in to our room, when we get up to it, we unpack and I sit down on the bed. The bed is lop sided and the box springs resembles another mattress. There is no fitted sheet, just a flat sheet imitating the fitted. We call down to the front desk and let them know the issue with the bed and their response is, "Those bed are Desert Dream Beds." Well for me, those "Desert Dream Beds" suck because they did not help me dream, and were not comfortable at all!

It was a nice getaway for the weekend and the price was not bad at all, but I was really disappointed with the service and the "Desert Dream Bed!"

I will not be returning to this resort!

PS, read my review on their spa, it is the opposite of this one! Outstanding!

Went out here to celebrate my bday for a long weekend with JJ.  To start off we got a fantastic deal (JJ's discovery).  3 nights, plus room taxes, resort fees for 2, drinks, and a meal for 2, with a $25 per day resort credit, we got out of there for UNDER $400! I love a good deal, and this certainly was.

They accommodated our request to not have a room in the sun.  I'm sorry for people who complained about the bed, because ours was great.  We arrived really late on Thursday night (actually maybe Friday AM), but were still greeted by somebody at the front desk immediately, checked in quickly as he could tell we were tired, and showed us the best place to park for the building entrance closest to our room.  So, check-in was great.

I realized I'd left my board shorts in LA, so the next morning I needed something to wear at the pool.  Front desk gave me quick and easy directions to the nearest shopping center to find a cheap bathing suit.  Made it out to the pool around 11, it was gorgeous desert weather, Sunny and about 105F.  The surrounding desert scenery is beautiful, and the pool was not busy at all.  In addition to very comfortable new lounge chairs, with plenty of umbrellas for shade, and constantly replaced fresh towels next to the pool, there are great comfortable new chaise lounges if you want to cuddle up with someone special.  The waitstaff around the pool was very, very nice, and kept the drinks coming at a good pace.  I don't normally like fruity drinks/cocktails (and neither does JJ), but we were digging the Mai-Tais big time.  I've read reviews that their drinks are weak, but I think they must have read the reviews, because they were not, and we had a steady buzz going all day.  I had a cheeseburger and fries for lunch, JJ had club sandwich (still at the pool), with another round of Mai-Tais, of course.  My burger was surprisingly good for pool food, the fries especially.  $13 for a burger and fries, while a bit expensive, was still somewhat reasonable given the quality and size of the meal.  Beware that when you order from the pool, they automatically add in 20% gratuity, but no complaints from me as the wait staff was friendly and attentive.  We like to eat, and lunch ended up being a big enough meal that we didn't eat anything else the rest of the day!  Later in the afternoon I was craving a beer instead of a mai-tai, so I went inside to the lounge bar to check out their selection.  I wasn't expecting much, but low and behold, I spied... STONE IPA!  One of my favorites, and big bonus points for having stone in stock.  So after about 6-7 hours by the pool and few drinks, JJ and I retired back to the room to take a nap, and ended up just hanging out in the room the rest of the night relaxing, and I apparently fell asleep for the night with the lights on (see, the bed is comfortable).

We hit the pool a little bit earlier on Saturday, about 10:30, as we had to watch UCLA FOOTBALL TAKE DOWN TENNESSEE at 1!  Sorry, had to make a plug for my Bruins there.  Which brings to a point of consternation.  They have gorgeous 42-inch HDTVs in the rooms, but now HDTV feed.  So, we watched our bruins take on the vols on a hi-def tv with a low-def picture.  Minus points right there.  Returned to the pool later that afternoon and sat around and had a drink for awhile.  Very relaxing pool, not too busy or noisy at all.  Came back later that night, again very quiet and relaxing for the most part, I love night swims.  All in all, a great stay, very relaxing, and pretty nice by my standards.  I do agree that they are trying a little too hard in some places and it can come off a bit tacky, but by and large it is a very quiet, well kept resort where you can go for a weekend and relax.

Nice venue in the Indian Wells area.  Nice lobby and main pool area.  They also had another pool and jacuzzi closer to my room which was less crowded and convenient.  However, the walls are SUPER thin, I even heard the upstair neighbors using the restroom!  The front desk was kind enough to knock off $50 after complaining a few times.  The bummer is we requested a 2nd level room.

I was very surprised by how nice this place was. The rooms are large, clean and well decorated. The grounds are spiffy, nice pool. I got a good price on the room. Great location in Indian Wells. The staff was always nice and courteous. The Mediterranean theme was tastefully executed eventhough not what that area is famous for, still nice?
My only complaint is that the bar closed early, but I was there off season.
The $23 extra charge for "activites" was a little lame, but the gym and pool were open all night, and they offer free guided nature walks, yoga classes and internet?
I'd go back!

My boyfriend and I just got back from a Saturday night trip to the Miramonte Resort...we had an AMAZING TIME!!

We only went down for 1 night and 2 days, but it felt like sooo much longer!

The massage was really awesome - the spa pools are nothing special, but the main hotel pool is really nice, so it was no big deal.

The room was nice, also nothing special, but the hotel grounds are beautiful! The whole place feels authentically Mediterranean - sort of.

Only complaint I have is about the restaurant. We had dinner and brunch there - bleh. But at least it was affordable compared to most fancy hotel restaurants = Dinner was 60 and brunch was 25 for both of us.

Def. a chill place - no bar scene AT ALL, but also no kids at the pool, so great for a relaxing girls trip or a romantic trip for 2.

We also got an awesome price at this place - so check for last minute hotel deals out like we did!

I was fortunate enough to win a raffle for one-night free at the Miramonte; super since I'm a Ramada Inn girl. Going during the week after Memorial Day ended up being quiet, and not yet too hot in Indian Wells.
First thing I noticed was how great the grounds smelled; apparently they have an herb garden on-site.  Citrus and mint  had a  very gentle presence.
The room was huge, with a flat screen TV and a balcony twice the length of my bathroom at home. All the staff were calm and polite.
There's a large pool for families, and a smaller one for the folks travelling alone.
I should've skipped the restaurant. When I got a bug in my wine, they did give another half glass. But the food was surprisingly bland. Or I should've skipped dinner and just tried the Honey-Lavender Ice Cream.
And the Spa, well, Wow......7 stars for that.
I'd like to be able to go back sometime!

Can't complain about the resort. It was clean, the rooms were nice, and the staff was mostly pretty friendly. This was a lot more of a family type resort than I expected- staying here for a weekend of drunken debauchery with the guys probably wasn't the best idea, I think we scared some of the children and elderly people that the pool was filled with. If you're coming for a quiet vacation, go for it, but if you are younger, stay at the JW Marriott.

We stayed here last night for the first time.  Our room was good size and clean.  There was a view of another building, which was weird.  We used the pool which was nice and calm.  We didn't use the spa or order any food.  Basically, we just crashed there.  They did let us have a late, 2:00, check out.
$225 through Expedia, $25 resort fee (I hate those!)

Really more like 3 1/2 stars.  Went here for a girls weekend.  Room was nice and spacious, but nothing fancy, which was ok.  Loved the spa.  I had a basic massage, and then vegged out between the steam room, lounge area, and showers.
Everything was clean, staff was friendly.
Our one instance of bar food was having dessert one evening after dinner in Palm Springs.  Very lame desserts, which tasted fresh out of the Costco freezer.
The grounds are lovely, with views of the surrounding mountains.
Great deals during the winter months.

i just got back yesterday from a quick weekend trip to palm springs.  it was my 3rd time staying at miramonte, and i am still quite pleased with the resort... though more so than the first 2 times, i also noticed some not-so-pleasant details.

rooms:  we got a standard superior king room on the first floor for ~$145 per night including resort fee ($22 per day) plus taxes.  the rooms are clean and quiet, the bed was spacious and comfy, equipped with 42" tv, and free wifi (awesome for away-from-home yelping!).  downsides were the slightly small bathroom with shower curtain which kept sticking to my body while i showered, mini fridge that was barely above room temp (we filled the outside sink with ice instead), and a cleaning staff that was never seen during our 3 day 2 night stay.  fortunately, i am a neat person.

food:  ate a quick lunch poolside.  1 miramonte club + 1 mango colada + 1 strawberry colada + 18% gratuity (automatically added) = ~$38... not too bad, but im not crazy about automatically added gratuities.  luckily, our server was nice and would've gotten a decent tip from us anyhow.  also, the alcoholic drinks here are super weak, but oh-so-yummy.

pool and jacuzzi:  miramonte has an adult pool and jacuzzi area, and a family pool and jacuzzi area.  though i am not a big fan of screaming, water-spraying, canon-balling rug rats, staying by the family pool was still very nice due to the large selection of cushy and noncushy lounge chairs available and the gorgeous view of the mountains.  pool was clean and, at night, heated.

resort grounds:  we saw a few wild bunnies late late at night while strolling to the hammock to go star gazing, and also witnessed a grounds keeper wiping each of the lights clean (or it might've been bug repellent too since the resort was bug free as well).  several fountains, lanterns with candles, and trees decorated with twinkle lights also adorn the premises, giving the ambience a very peaceful feel.  only thing i would've changed is having to witness the grass being sprayed with green coloring on our second day there.  i know this happens at most (if not all) desert resorts, but they really should have picked a less obvious time to do it.

parking:  easy, plentiful, and most likely a 1-minute walk to your room.

service:  ehh, about average.

Rooms: Great but not clean.  The bathroom still had hair in it from the last people.  Drain was slow.  The flat screen tv is nice for catching up on the NBA finals and the bed wasn't that comfy.

Spa: HORRIFIC!  I heard mice running around above the lockers.  The quiet room, not so quiet.  The massage, since when do they give you a massage without touching your back?  Just awful.  Had to get  a refund.

Food: The drinks at the bar were great.  Breakfast was crappy.  Eggs were overdone and cold.

Pool: Refreshing but beware, gratuity is included with anything you order.  It's 20%.  Never had I been poolside and had an "automatic" gratuity.

There are better hotels to stay in the desert.  Don't waste your money here.  The only reason I gave it 2 stars was the view.

The grounds are well kept, hotel room was clean, and my spa experience was GREAT (Ask for Crit, works wonders for a deep tissue massage).

The restaurant was pretty bad, we had a 2 night comp and both night the service and food wasn't good.

The main pool area was crowded all 3 days we were there, and they have an adult pool which is basically a little watering hole.

The front desk and staff were great, very accomodating.

PROS: The Well Spa, relaxing environment
CONS: TV in the room, pool space

Make sure you have a room NOT next to noisy people!  We had this experience and switched rooms asap, which they had no trouble doing.

My b/f and I stayed there for a few days last week. We had never been there before and was quite impressed with the grounds and the room. We stayed in the Luxury suite which came with a king size  bed.  Nice big flat screen tv and spacious bathroom.  Right across the way was their pool and their spa called The Well.  I went and got a massage which was AWESOME - wish I had more time to enjoy the private pools and the steam room.  They have a tennis concierge who will reserve a court time at the Indian Wells Tennis Garden , just a few minute drive.  All in all was very satisfied with our stay. We will definitely go back.

I just got back from this place last night (spent saturday night & sunday there) this place was INCREDIBLE.  The service? OK, every single employee says hello when you walk by.  The restaurant (brunch buffet) was AWESOME, a really good deal for $19/person.  The drinks are great (i commented to the waiter that I couldn't taste the rum in my pina colada & mentioned that malibu rum is hard to taste but he also promptly brought me an additional shot...then it REALLY kicked in!)

This is how good the service is: I was there with my fiance, and since there were only two of us we didn't have a way to take a picture together, just separate pics.  I ran up to the bar & asked a waiter, Rafael: he had sweat dripping from his face & was drenched (he was running around in 115 degree heat) he said "ofcourse" put his tray down, came out to the pool took a few pics of the fiance & I, asked if they were ok, then went back to his work.  That's how good the service is here.

The grounds are beautiful.   We got upgraded to a really nice room (I think it was the presidential suite, actually) and it was amazing...we called for extra towels & they were there in a minute, I asked for a hypoallergenic room & the staff was very accommodating & brought me foam pillows & hypoallergenic bedding.  We brought our own bottled waters with us (not realizing they have giant coolers of ice-cold cucumber water around the pool) and they brought us a mini-fridge to keep our bottles cold...Just amazing.

They really set a wonderful, low-key but romantic vibe.  At dusk they illuminate everything, the walkways, the patios & even the lobby, with candles... They have really nice cabanas/beds around the pool & we didnt' have a problem getting a place to lay out.  At night they do a movie projected across from the pool, and bring these floaty doughnuts for you to lay in: so, you're floating in the pool, the sun has set, and you're watching a movie. AWESOME....The in-room soaps & shampoos actually did not irritate my sensitive skin (& actually we ended up buying the soaps from the spa, they were that good.)  The staff is amazing & very responsive....the room was immaculate (they even made little fan designs out of the toilet paper...I mean REALLY?!)  The best part about this place is the price: $85/night.  YAH.  BUT, this doesn't attract the normal rif-raf...actually, there was ONE drunk rif-raf in the pool, but the bar staff promptly pulled him out & sent him to his room...he wasn't seen  again....

So, one night, two days spent in complete luxury cost us a whopping $85/night & $80 for food & drinks...wow.

The only complaint I have of this place is that our stay wasn't long enough...I could have done with another night or two there!

I'm on day 2 of my 3 day-3 night stay.  And so far, it's been a 2-star experience.

Day 1:
Room service.  I asked for 2 glasses of water.  The question I got was , "Are there 2 of you?"  Whaaaaaat? It's water!  Not a second meal!  It's hot, I'm in the friggin' desert, I'm thirsty and exactly 2 glasses of water would quench my thirst.  So room service arrives and what do I get?  ONE glass of water.  Not a very auspicious beginning.

The tub had a slow drain.  A five-minute shower brought the water at calf level.  Any longer, I would have felt like Kate Winslett from that scene in Titanic--all I needed was an ax and Leonardo handcuffed to a desk as water rose to panicked proportions.

Day 2:
My dinner was a forgettable meal of a dry pork chop resting on a bed of mashed potatoes that seemed to have the consistency of runny risotto.  And for the privilege on feasting on said pork chop?  $32.  Did I say that was one pork chop?  For $32?!

I've reserved the 2 stars for the views and the well-maintained grounds that made for a very relaxing stay.  It's set against the backdrop of the Santa Rosa mountains and breakfast on the patio with a view of these mountains is very calming.

Imagine stepping leaving the city behind you and stepping into your Tuscan inspired desert oasis. How do you feel? Light? Relaxed? Free?

Sipping pina coladas by a pool under a cabana with 3 of your closest friends laughing like you're in high school. Laughing in ways you haven't laughed in year because you've been so comsumed by life that you haven't stopped to read, to chat, to drink.

When was the last time you layed in a hamock with the sun on your face and just breathed?

When was the last time you took a day to pamper yourself with exotic services fit for a queen? Spent the day in your bathrobe with fresh pain t on your toes and a crisp glow on your face?

If you can't remember you need to go to the Miramonte! I go here once a year with my girlfriends just all of these reasons.

I really liked this resort. My husband and I went for our Mini-Moon and had a lovely time. VERY Relaxing.  Plus since we went mid week, we got a great "romance" package which included 2 spa treatments, $100 toward dinner, strawberries and champagne and wonderful service. I suggest going mid-week, and including thursday night so you can go to Sangria night with live music, it was great great great!!!

Im actually giving the resort 3.5 stars.
Upon arrival, my family & I were upgraded to a bigger room with a plasma TV. The location of the room was very convenient too b/c we would walk out onto the patio, and there was the pool. We didnt know we were gonna be charged a $20/day resort fee, eek.
Pool: very nice! Loved the lounge seating. The only complaint I had about the pool was the wait staff. After ordering a poolside drink, I asked the waiter if I could leave a tab open. He said that he couldnt b/c his shift was ending, leaving me to pay the bill in cash. No problem. Except 30 min later, I see the dude continuing to serve other people around the pool! His shift wasn't ending, he was just being lazy.
Spa: pretty expensive. I was set on having a facial, especially b/c it was a Resort & Spa. but it was $90 for a low end one! and it was more expensive on the weekend! and $55 for a manicure? yikes.
Food: didn't have it.

I didn't have a bad review of this place, but it seemed like the people below me did. Maybe Im just oblivious to these things, ha. but I had a nice time.

My first bit of advice when you book a stay at the Miramonte:

REQUEST A BOTTOM FLOOR NON-WEST FACING ROOM DURING THE SUMMER MONTHS!!

The room was great...two queen beds, nicely appointed decor, mini-bar/TV, great little bathroom split into two areas which is nice when more than one person wants to get dressed at once.  The only drawback to our room was that the damn thing faced the west so the sun beat on it ALL day.  When we checked in, the air was on but it was pretty darn warm. We fiddled with the a/c and thought we had it kicked...it only goes as low as 68 degrees so there we left it.  Upon returning to the room around 9pm...the room was STILL hot.  The kind of hot where you kick off all covers and sleep on top...tossing and turning.  We called the concierge and the young boy who answered said if the snowflake is FLASHING then the system is trying to get to that temp.  There was nothing he could've done for us other than have us call back in the morning for maintenance.  Uh huh.  I would suggest that next time they have clients with this issue...MOVE THEM TO ANOTHER ROOM!  Needless to say...the blinking snowflake kept flashing at us till about 3am when it FINALLY hit the 68 degrees.  Sheesh.

Th next day we even set out a note for our maid to please leave the curtains closed in an effort to trap in our a/c...which they did.  Thanks!!  Unfortunately, the 110 degrees outside trumped our a/c and low an behold...blinking snowflake AGAIN that night.  That part just sucked.

The grounds are lovely...intimate, neat...flowers and water fountains abound.  There are even hammocks sprinkled here and there and if you're lucky you'll get a room on the bottom floor that opens up to one!!

Two pools: main pool...a few cabanas you can rent, lots of chairs, servers easily available.  Adult pool: smaller...no kids, there's a phone available to call for a server to bring you that much needed pina colada.  Pitfall...no restrooms at EITHER pool.

Spa: lovely with the misters to keep you a tad cooler, salt water pools (90 degrees for Aqua Yoga and 78 with waterfalls for dipping), spa food available, cushy chairs if you're one of the lucky ones to nab one!! Spa treatments are overpriced but nice: range from $85 for a pedicure on up for everything else.  And they INCLUDE %18 gratuity so don't double tip!!  You can use the sap for $30 a day without an appointment...and the fitness center (very nice with treadmills/elliptical/weights) is free for everyone.

Food: restaurant located in main building...food is pretty good but pricey.  Especially breakfast.  I highly recommend the Mushroom Risotto or the Pecan Pancakes....good stuff.  Also...the mimosas are delish and can be delivered to the pool!!

Concierge:  Happy to help you with reservations to anywhere at the resort and around town...just call them up!!  They'll also watch your luggage for free if you want to check out but still use the pool.

Overall...nice place to stay!!  I would definitely check it out again but with either a different room or during a different season! lol

The Miramonte is very close to my heart because my wife and I got married there in December 2006. We stayed there once before the wedding and we are headed back there in Feb 2008.
This place is awesome. The staff is extremely friendly and they will go out of there way for you with whatever you need. The food was incredible (you have to try the risotto). Almost all of our 175 guests stayed at the resort and we heard great things about all aspects. Many made spa reservations at The Well and loved it.
We used the DJ and Officiant that they recommended and were extremely happy.
There is a piano player that performed in the hotel bar on Friday and Saturday evenings (not sure if he is still there) who was great. Our friends ended up surrounding the piano singing with him and dancing in the middle of the lounge.....he ended up playing much later than he was scheduled.
They were just about finished with their new ballroom last Jan. and when I booked my Feb trip they told me that they just finished investing over $1 million into pool renovations (can't wait to see it).
There is so much more to list, but it will all be the same review.....amazing!

I found this hotel through Travelzoo, which was offering a $159/night (normally $200+) over Memorial Day weekend, with a complimentary upgrade from the average superior room to a luxury room. My friends & I drove after work from Los Angeles (a 3 hr drive), and checked in at about 1 AM. Upon check-in, we were told that they were sold out of the luxury rooms we had been promised in the travelzoo promotion. As a result, we ended up with a standard superior room. The check-in process took 10-15 minutes, as the computer was unable to print our entry cards. As a result, the manager on duty led us to our room (didn't offer to help us with our many bags), with a promise that he'd drop off the entry cards before going off duty. This was obviously a huge inconvenience, as we couldn't plan to go out (grocery store/bar/restaurant), without worrying about how we were going to get back into our room.

We unpacked in the room, had a few drinks for an hour, and I started poking around the room. It was at this point that I moved the bed sheets, and noticed a napkin fall onto the floor. I asked my friends if they had accidentally dropped it, and both said they didn't. At this point, I picked it up, and found that it was COVERED IN BLOOD. I was just disgusted and sick to my stomach, seeing something so unsanitary in a "resort room". I immediately called the front desk, and after apologizing, the staff person told me that the manager would be back up to deal with the situation. After 15 minutes, the manager came up to lead us to another room. We were then told that we would be given a "complimentary upgrade" to a luxury room. I literally laughed after I was told this, because as you can remember, we weren't given our promotion upgrade upon check in, because they were "sold out". We then proceeded to repack all of our things at about 3 AM, and we started moving to our new "upgraded" room. As we were leaving, the manager said he would be taking us to a different luxury room. The original one was actually a handicapped room. (So it looks like they really weren't sold out, right? They had AT LEAST two). He then suggested that we speak with the manager on duty the next day, so that we might get a real upgrade. At this point, we passed out for the night - exhausted.

Upon wakening the next morning, I was still EXTREMELY DISTURBED by the events the previous night, so we spoke to the manager on duty. He offered his apologies, then said he'd comp our room the 1st night, give us a complimentary $25 credit for our rollaway bed (which was never dellivered), and 50% off a lunch meal at the on-site restaurant. He also said he couldn't offer us another upgrade, as they were "sold out" (does that surprise you?) of the suites. However, he gave us his "promise" that we would be first on the list if anyone cancels their room over the next two nights. (I'm willing to bet I won't hear from him - what do you think? Hah, I'll let you know if otherwise - I'd love to be proven wrong).

That's the point we're at now. I still feel sickened to my stomach, thinking about that bloody napkin, and any other ways that the Miramonte cuts corners with it's guests. I really don't see myself staying here again - as I honestly don't feel like the management's apologies + 1 night comped + the various little discounts given to us, can really "right" what happened to us. I feel like we were treated as second-class citizens, without the same consideration and respect given to other guests at other hotels.

Unfortunately, I wasn't here for a romantic getaway.  Instead, my sister and I trumped her boyfriend's idea of staying our second night in the desert in a Motel 6-like environment (after a night at Joshua Tree National Park).   I thought if I was going to pay more than $15 a night to camp, I'm going to enjoy myself!  I think we got a special for $30 more than the Holiday Inn would have cost -  definitely glad we won!  All I can say. . .AHHHHHHHHH.  It was worth it (even if we didn't get the deal).

The grounds are beautiful, the pool hit the spot after dusty, hot Joshua Tree, and the bed sure did beat the ground!  Oh, and a shower?  YAY!

We only stayed one night and didn't get to hang out too much like I wanted to (no spa, no restaurant. . .just hit the road back north).  But I made MAJOR mental notes to take my boyfriend here for that romantic getaway!  And mine loves golf and enjoy the spa, so it's perfect.

Important Note: Stay away from the toads that hop around at night.  I played with one and my face swelled up for the next three days like Fetal Alcohol Syndrome.  NOT SEXY.

my first time going to a spa/resort...absolutely heavenly! we arrived at indian wells at about midnight and every one of the staff members we encountered was fabolous and really nice. i recommend this resort!!! also must try their awesome spa...everyone was friendly and they have an amazing 90 degree pool that will soothe your body and mind. omg, their posturepedic bed was also divine. =) only thing bad about our trip was that our next door neighbors were having a little too much fun with the kama sutra; which kept us up at night. =)
