Review from Dale H.
I love this park. I miss taking Mookie here. This is a beautiful park for your pet. Even without a pet, it's beautiful. So much room. Very clean. Picnic tables. Water everywhere. Blackberries in the summer. You can't go wrong here, and your best friend will love you for bringing him/her here.

Who needs Prozac when you have Minto-Brown?
Minto-Brown provides two things that make me very happy: plenty of running trails in a nice, peaceful area and a fantastic dog park.
Trails: MB has lots of trails for walking and running and parking is readily available in many areas of the park.
Dog Park: Nothing makes me happier than when I see dogs excitedly run around after escaping the confines of the car they came in. The dog park area is awesome, we take our dog to the dog park a few times a week. There are usually a lot of people at the park around lunchtime and then after 4pm. We usually try to go at those times to make sure our dog gets a lot of socialization. They have plenty of bags/ trashcans and people are good about picking up after their dog.
There's also a little picnic area, with a covered table. On the weekends I've noticed that the picnic area gets a lot of use. Overall a great place to go to! -

I take my dog here every week if possible. What a great place to get some exercise for your companion and they can go swimming as well. They provide garbage bags and and plenty of parking as well. And some people are nice enough to bring water for all the dogs.

No matter what the outdoor activity you enjoy most, you can probably satisfy that need at this park. There are many paved trails which are great for running or walking. There is an off-leash dog area and there are picnic tables. Parking can be tricky on sunny days but this park (while not very hilly) is a GREAT place to get a taste of nature.

My mom and I used to always go on walks there...but the last time we went (last Spring?!?!) all the paths were overgrown and pretty dangerous. Weird. But it always feels pretty safe (security wise)...and there are usually a lot of people there. Dog people seem to love bringing their dogs to the dog area. There are a lot of different trails -- and lengths -- to suit most people's needs. Park is nice and quiet.
