Service was good- simple and to the point. Pho was not bad. Seemed something was missing with the broth If u want something fast just the basic this is the place. C+ or B - grade if had to grade a paper.

I've been coming here for pho for a couple of years now and their food has always been delicious! I also enjoy their bubble teas; just so tasty! The service was also great, as the people who work here are always very nice.

Great prices, great broth, great flavor. The only place I'll get pho from during regular dining hours!

Minji's is quick. If you want your pho within five minutes, it will happen. My husband and I are usually in and out within 30-40 minutes. When we lived in Fircrest, this was our go to spot because we could always finish dinner before 7 and be at home by 7:15. Additionally, the broth is also good. I don't like my broth sweet, bland, or peppery. My taste buds say that their broth is perfect because I dont feel tired of the flavor after drinking the remaining broth. This establishment is also one of the few who offer tiny sized ice...my favorite kind of ice.

As for service, it's always been great. We have come here so many times that the main person remembers our order to the T. Her memory, as opposed to ours, is spectacular because she remembers our dishes, even if we don't remember which pho # it is, or if we haven't visited them in months. Our go to orders are #9 and #16 (I honestly can't remember if these are the actual numbers - I know she will remind us the next time we come), two egg rolls, and the scallion oil (nuoc beo). Occasionally, we will also order a Thai iced tea. Price is decent. It's always under 30$.

Food came super fast, it was delicious. My only complaint, and it's my bad for not asking, was there were no veggies in the tofu pho. Lesson learned, next time I add veggies when I order it.

      Updated review

Update: The owner lady is very rude ad shady. She's always miserable. Just be prepared for an old korean woman to try to pierce your soul with her mean, mean gaze.

      Pros
Bomb avocado smoothie. The *other* ladies who work here are always friendly and attentive. Portion sizes are ok. Open late
      Cons
They stop serving food about an hour before they close.

Both times I ate the food here, it was bland. The pho bo kho was unseasoned, and the com tan barely had veggies, meat was dry, and
the eggroll was the premade kind :/. The red bean smoothie is not good(its white?)

      No bueno com tan :(

We've been looking for our go-to Pho place, and we found it. We both commented on how the broth "tasted meatier", though had a little less "pho spices" than a couple other places around here. I know each person has their own liking, but for me this place is perfect. I've been trying to do "lower-carb" and coincidentally the pho we got from Minji's has about the noodles of "most" pho places, which was sorta perfect for me.

Try it. If you disagree that's cool. But try it.
