Hearing that they were under new management, I decided to give them a fresh try.
Overall, the dishes were OK to pretty good and the prices are reasonable for what you get. They need to pay more attention to any dish with shrimp in them. The shrimp were not as fresh as they could be.
Here's what I ordered and what I thought:
Chicken Fried Rice - OK
Broccoli in Garlic Sauce - OK
Egg Plant in Garlic Sauce - OK
Combination Chow Mein - OK, Watch the Shrimp
Won Ton Soup - Pretty Good
Vegetable Spring Roll - Pretty Good, Watch the Shrimp
Overall, the food is decent and the prices are reasonable.

Good food, great service at great prices, especially for Tiburon. Tucked away in the back of the Boardwalk this is a wonderful addition to the community. They appreciate every cent you spend there. Please patronize Ming's. We need them to thrive and remain here.
Comfortable, casual and kid-friendly. Standard but well done Chinese fare in generous portion. The service was prompt and the dishes we had well-executed (Prawns and Asparagus in Black Bean Sauce, Orange Scallops & Vegetable Fried Rice). I would definitely go back again for good food in clean and and comfortable place. The prices were reasonable too.
Since I work in Tiburon, if I want some Chinese food it's either Dynasty (Yuck / nasty / gross) or Mings (eh). I usually take take-out, because if you dine-in, the food services takes forever and they usually bring out the wrong order that belongs to someone elses table. The food is okay with large portions nothing spectacular and the prices are reasonable.
