      Had a wonderful experience! Was able to fully relax even fell asleep which is really difficult for me to do. Staff was amazing!

      Loved the heated massage bed. Found this place in Groupon and the deal was awesome. This place is close to home so it really made things easier because I knew exactly where it was located.

      The only reason I didn't give it a 5 star was because I didn't receive my champagne after the massage as requested but overall service was definitely 5stars

      They offer memberships but I would have to try out more services before committing to a membership

      This is a first for me. If I could, I would rate this place ZERO stars.

      I got married last Saturday and had 4 appointments scheduled to get massages with my new sister, mother, and grandmother as a thanks for helping plan the wedding. I made the appointments a month in advance and was told that there were exactly 4 massage therapists available to give us all a massage at the same time. And 10 minutes upon our arrival as we were driving there, I received a call notifying me that one of the therapists was sick and the spa could only take two of us instead of three. Hold up, I had scheduled 4...

      The receptionist then tells me that she'll "see what we can do". We arrived and clearly the receptionist had no game plan or options for us. We explained that they need to make the situation right. She further went on to explain that they had only three scheduled because they were converting to a different software/program and it didn't transfer all of the appointments. I don't know whether they knew the computer didn't transfer all of the appointments or not, but they should have still called all of the clients scheduled and confirmed their appointments. So it is clearly their fault that a scheduling error occurred. Also, shouldn't you have another therapist on-call as a back-up especially on Labor Day weekend?

      The receptionist basically explained the computer glitch and the therapist getting sick again and again when we got there, and then brought out what I assumed was the manager. The manager then AGAIN explained what the receptionist told us. My mother-in-law basically gave them their options for how they could make this right, which was to let two of us get our massages first and then the other two go after. However, they refused this since there were other people booked after us. We asked them to cancel the other booked appointments since we were notified of this very last minute and I should have priority over other folks since I'm pretty sure I booked way in advance over anyone else. Just call them and say you're sorry because you guys are at fault and made scheduling errors.

      The manager said we could reschedule or get a refund. We couldn't reschedule because 3 of us were from out of town. Annoyingly my only option was to get a refund and I felt like I was owed more than that because we were looking forward to this as a day to relax from the many months of planning a wedding and we couldn't find any other place that would be able to attend to last minute massages. Thanks a lot for ruining my gift to my in-laws and for ruining the end to my wedding weekend Mind and Body Day Spa.

      This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. If you're not happy with a service, the manager would correct the problem because they want your business-- Mind and Body Day Spa clearly does not.

      Previously I made an appointment online for a massage and was called about an hour later and told they were cancelling my appointment because Brian doesn't stay that late and and is leaving for the day. I was a bit taken back by this and just figured I would go somewhere else and screw this place.
      Apparently I ended up on an email list and received an email about a special going on for discounted services. I mistakenly thought this was for another spa I have been attending and signed up for an appointment for a body scrub. I accidentally went to the wrong spa (luckily early) and when. I realized my mistake, I decided to just go ahead and try this location anyway.
      I'm glad I did.
      I had a Fiji body scrub on a steam bed thing that was awesome. KayKay was incredibly professional, calm and a perfect demeanor for the service...not too energetic - which can be annoying, so thank you!
      This experience made my attitude towards this location do a complete 180 and I'm hoping my initial experience is not a common one. I did make an appointment to return in April for a massage and another scrub. I highly recommend this experience but maybe call the spa rather than attempting their website scheduling system.

      This company has filed bankruptcy! They sold me a package and 3 days later I got a phone call saying they are closing and the owner will be contacting everyone the first week of May to give refunds. If I need to reach anyone to call Solarium Tanning next door and they will have the owner contact me since it's the same owner. I never received a call and I have left several messages! You don't file bankruptcy overnight. He (owner Alex) took my money KNOWING he was filing bankruptcy!!! Do not patronize any of his businesses!!!

      This owner is a crook. He owes me $350 for a day spa my kids saved up to buy me. Promises to contact me the first week of May. Here it is June and no replies to emails and he's shut down his site since. FYI he owns the So,aruim Tanni g salon. Do t go to his business....he will rip u off

      My husband and I have a 4/per month membership and we love it.

      We have experienced the couples massage and other individual ones. All have been fantastic and they have a foot reflexologist on staff. She is great too!

      Update:
      We are still enjoying the services, especially my hubby! All we have experienced are the massages and those have been great.

      They offer a service called HydraFacial that I really want to try. However they charge 80% more than all the other treatment centers I called. I think I'll go elsewhere for that one!

      It's hard to believe that Mind & Body Day Spa is so nice on the inside when it's among a bunch of stores on the busy stretch of Windward Pkwy. The entryway of the shop is shared with the tanning salon next door, but once you open the door, it's truly a small spa-like experience.

      Highlights of what I liked: Clean space that doesn't feel too claustrophobic. The heated pads on the massage table AND the heated blanket they put on top of you which is perfect in the winter time to warm you up and relax.

      Cons: None really. My masseuse could have applied a little more pressure but I know I was at least her 2nd or 3rd customer for the day, so maybe she was tired and I probably could have spoken up. I was too busy relaxing to speak.

      I would come back again maybe earlier in the day, but in terms of facilities, Mind & Body Day Spa does a great job of being clean. I'm sensitive to a bunch of allergens and my experience didn't break me out or anything. If anything, after my massage, others noticed my complexion was more clear. I would come back if I were planning to be in the Alpharetta area.

      My boys gave me birthday present for la la land package,I made the appointment to go in and use the gift. looks like website is no more active and phone been disconnected. Called and send several email. My son been asking me if I have used the gift certificate? No body has called me back or contacted me. There has to be a way to get the money back. This is not right. Owner needs to pay money back. He owes me $450.

      I came here to do a massage.
      I had horrible back pain and a very stressful day at work.
      It was great! Easy location to find.
      Friendly staff, nice atmosphere.

      The masseuse, he was good too.
      I will definitely recommend him to my friends!
