On our recent trip to SF, my girlfriend and I stayed at this little hotel outside the city. This place is super close to the airport, but not walking distance. They have a free shuttle if you need it. The shuttle will also take you to the BART station by the airport. It's cool because you could leave your car at the hotel and still make it into the city.
The hotel itself doesn't look like much, but you'll be pleasantly surprised. The front desk people are very nice and accommodating. They noticed that I had an injured ankle and they changed our room to a first floor one with a King sized bed. The room had a flat screen TV, DVD player and VCR, mints on the nightstand, and a small fridge. Free wireless internet too, but I guess that's becoming more standard. They also have a small workout room and the breakfast in the morning is more than you usually get: Standard bagels, pastries, juice, coffee, waffles, omelets and one day they had burritos! We would stay again.

I came here with no reservation..seeing if we can get a room...i already check the price eonline i knew i should of just book it over the internet but i decided to come here straight with my AAA membership as well...
MAN who ever that indian/spanish lady is working in the front, she was a REAL @^*&(! ....NO help at all and was super rude...maybe because im asian or look young but really bad experience....YEAH i came here on a thur or friday night super late time..i dont know about the DAY time or who the owner is of this INN but i wouldnt want to see that lady ever again..i really wanted to kick her butt...this is what she exactly what she said " well you should of book it online" (with attitude) he rate she gave me was like 40-50 dollars more im like wtf?
i didnt even get to check out the rooms because of customer service..so sad...!!!!!!!!!!!! all this flat screen tv stuff that i dont even have at home..cant even enjoy it =( ill just go to my friends house..
I AM NEVER COMING BACK whenever my friends are visiting..
and they aint so cheap either and aint that big so PASS ON THIS
YOU guys can take a stab at this, I know im being stubborn, but if a hotel doesnt have good customer service towards all ages and race..then HUSTIN we have a problem...
good luck to those who want to try..you dont have to listen to my opinion... go try it yourself and tell me how it goes..

It's your typical small hotel on the outside, perhaps a bit short on parking.
Inside is pretty typical too, but it's the little things - mints waiting for you on the night stand.
They also have a continental breakfast in the morning, however more extensive than I've seen for continental before. The typical bagels, fruit, and juice, but they also include a Belgian waffle maker and some omelettes and breakfast burritos you can heat up in the microwave. It's nice to start the day with a bit of protein, so I like the little extra effort.
Free shuttle to the airport, too, upon request.
I really like this small hotel. Very nice managers and very assisting to the people staying there. The room's are a nice size,clean and have a DVD and VCR with a nice size television. Bathroom is good size,only a shower..however not big enough room for 2 people trying to be flexible.
They should make it bigger. Guess it will do for now.

This place was amazing. I'm always dreading a hotel stay, but this place was clean, quiet and very hospitable. The bedding was white and clean, not 80s and gross, the office managers were extremely nice. The location was perfect, about a 15 minute walk from BART/Caltrain and there were restaurants and other points of interest close by. The price was perfect, cheap but not cheap enough to scare me. I'll be back.
