Spectacular customer service and more personalized than the overcrowded Genius Bar. I'm a former Mac Genius for Apple and highly recommend this place to have your machine repaired. Skip the bar, go here.

great store! The only place I will go for all my mac needs. Staff goes out of their way to help you. Qucik turnaround time. Rubin is wonderful!
i called at 4:30pm showed up at 5pm with my apple macbook because i could not get on the internet. the tech was very patient and did everything to fix the problem. I'm pretty computer illiterate, all i know is that after 2 hours, by 7pm my problem was solved! I'm definitely coming here next time i have an apple problem since the apple store genius bar takes forever to book an appointment!

Established in 2007
Volchok Consulting was started by Michael Volchok in 1993, providing IT support and consulting to businesses in Manhattan. In 2007, Michael shortened his name and opened Mike's Tech Shop, providing a friendly little Mac shop right in the heart of Chelsea.
Meet the Business Owner: Mike V.
Mike started as a Mac consultant in 1993 after a brief period as Executive Director of the New York Mac Users Group. Since then Volchok Consulting has been providing on-call and on-site support for companies in Manhattan. Mike decided to open Mike's Tech Shop after moving to a nice little ground floor space in 2007.
