What the F!  I went here one afternoon and was completely happy within 2 minutes.  I'm not a huge blended mocha type of person, but it was a hot day and i thought what the hell, I'll have a blended mocha.  It was the BEST one I've ever had, hands down, best.  The girl working there was super nice... and with every drink you get a free piece of their specialty chocolate...  damn good also.  If your ever near Mignon', GO!  It's worth it.

My friend got married and had Mignon chocolate as their favors and although I was sad that my other friend that I was supposed to sit next to at the wedding wasn't able to attend, I was able to steal her chocolate, hehe.  The chocolate orgasmic as my brother would say and I carry around a set of mapquest directions in my purse just waiting...waiting for the day that I'm in the area during their open hours so I can indulge in some tasty treats.  Sigh.  Definitely better than any other chocolate I've had including Godiva.  Yeah, now you have to try it....

I can't believe I never visited this place even though my parent's house is less than a mile away!  I came here (after Chocolate Box in La Canada) because I wanted to find some good chocolates at a good price.  Well, I found it here at Mignon.  The first thing you'll see are the countless awards they've gotten from the local paper raving about their chocolates.  I had to see for myself.

Apparently, Mignon was begun a long time ago in Iran and they've brought their wonderful product here to the States.  They make all of the chocolate in their own production facility in Van Nuys, so you know what they're getting it fresh and well made.  I was only able to taste their dark chocolate truffle, which had great flavor, but wasn't up to par with the best in terms of texture and richness.  Still, I won't complain, because the prices here are so great.

I got a box of nearly 18 pieces of chocolate for around 10 dollars.  (not giftbox, but custom made).  I think this is what top quality chocolate should go for, and I'm very glad that Mignon is out there making this level quality of chocolate at this price.  I like how they're a community staple here in Glendale, and they even have some celebrity support! (check the walls).
