This is a very nice and spacious place.  I went here last night for a fashion show and the rooftop terrace is just lovely.  The loft had very high ceilings, was very clean, neat and upscale.  The staff seemed very friendly as well.  The sound system/PA system was of high quality.

I'm rating this as a guest.  I didn't book the space or anything, so I don't know the pricing and whatnot.  The location is convenient, 5th Ave near 29th.  So, for anyone wanting to plan an event, and that's looking for a location, as a partygoer, I give this place a thumbs up. ;)

Can I give a no star? I was there for an event with so much expectation and it was sore disappointment. The space was nice and huge but it was not tall enough building and all the windows were covered with curtains which when you peek, you see windows of other buidlings. the event was such a failure and in the wide space, the crowd was so little that i could count - I  would say 30 including the working staffs at the most and the free bar all night with $45 enterance fee which didn't even have mojito in the bar menu. I guess in this recession who would pay that much money to get into any place. we stayed for 1 hr and when our group left 10% of crowd went bye bye. I want my money back.
