My husband just got his brakes, oil change, and new tires from here and after only four hours one of the tires went flat!  When we went back they didn't apologize or even give us a new tire... they just fixed the tire they gave us (which cost over $100 for a firestone tire when tirerack.com had it for only $70).  They do provide fast service (probably why the tire wasn't checked in the first place when they put it on) but too pricey.  One mistake we will never make again.

I just got estimate from them about 60000M maintenance to my CRV Y2000. Basic price was $550. I have not brought my car yet though.
I will update after I get this service.

The service was fast and immediate in repairing my brakes, but I felt like they added a little something extra.  The repairs to my car were quite spendy.  Good thing I drive a cheap car.

But, still, a brake job really shouldn't double the value of my car.  Ouch,  my aching ass.

I had new brake pads put on here for $90 for a 95 corolla (just the rear). The service was quick and they seem to work efficiently. The brakes feel fine. A little hard to understand them on the phone since they talk a little fast. They tried to make me pay ~$600 for extra services that they could barely explain over the phone. I said no to that stuff and settled with just new brake pads.
