I always get my tyres here now (for the last 4 years) - good and professional service, honest advice (which I don't get from my former main dealer - always trying to get me to buy products and services that were not needed) and a price that beats others when I have shopped around.


I also had my MOT done here and would not hesitate to recommend them. they also do servicing / brakes / exhausts etc.

Do not trust their Crediton branch! My partner went to mid Devon tyres and purchased a new battery, new tyre and paid for tracking to be done. The battery was not new, it's second hand and duff. The tyre was fine but they set all her tyre pressures at 17psi! It should be 34psi and the 100 miles she covered before I could check the pressures has knackered her other 3 tyres - they were running so low that it's cracked the side wall on 3 tyres which have only covered a few thousand miles meaning we now need 3 more tyres. Lastly the tracking; the tie rods have not been touched - I took it to 2 other mechanics that agree the tie-rods have not been adjusted for a long time, both sides were rusted solid (which is to be expected with tie-rods not adjusted for a year or so) but impossible on tie-rods apparently adjusted a few days before.
Several other people have reported the same thing about tracking to local mechanics after having their tracking done at crediton branch. If u do have it done at crediton branch then watch them the whole time. If they do not use a laser aligning jig then do not pay, if someone gets a tape measure out and tells u it needs doing - take it somewhere else!

Best garage I've ever used, and wouldn't go anywhere else. Great staff, great service, great experience. Very trustworthy and they don't do work that doesn't need doing. Highly recommend
