it's fine and close to home and all. how wrong can you really go with a golf range?
but i HATE that in order to get the tuesday ladies night bucket price...you HAVE to make sure to remind whoever mans the cashier. if you don't say anything they'll charge you the regular price, won't refund it and it gets all complicated. if you advertise a special, it shouldn't be so annoying to receive it. -

This place is the closest driving range to my house. I've been coming here for about 4 years now and it's a decent driving range. When this place first opened, I remembered the range being green and very luscious. Let's just say they haven't kept up the landscaping as well as they could.
Nice assortment of flags: two short 130 yarders with a water trap in front of it, 2 mid range flags on the sides, and two long distance flags. But I think they just put concrete underneath the turf since the balls bounce straight off of the green. The back fence goes up to 275 yards and it's a pretty good feeling when you can get your ball to hit it.
Mini-golf for the kids. Two story driving range when they run out of room. They claim they have "Heated Tees" but it's on a timer and by the time you heat it up, the timer runs out and shuts itself off. -

This place is closed as of this past summer. When it was open it was terrible.

First of all, I heard this place is closed...
When I went here the mats were usually pretty worn out, and the balls were worse. The range is very narrow and they have pairs of flags at the same distance which I never understood.
The mini golf could be nice but has been horribly maintained. Last fall there were branches (I'm talking huge branches) all over the place and bare patches everywhere.
The shop was a joke and had little to offer.
Definitely go half a mile further north on Georgia Ave to Olney Golf Park. It's better in all respects but doesn't have mini golf.
