The best pizza you're going to get on the island.
That really is the most that can be said for it. It's not bad if you're craving pizza or if you want to cook, but it isn't stellar by any means. The service tends to be a little rude, and the garlic knots aren't so much knots as much as garlic logs, but it's cheap and fast and easy to find.
A three star place anywhere else gets four stars here. I will always be back. -

I agree with Jennifer E.
Service was horrendous. Ik gave 3 stars bc pizzas were pretty decent. I think it was the best pizza crust I've eaten in a while.
Service is very important guys, it's a make or break thing for me. Try little harder.
BTW, they charge you $0.75 for fountain drink refill. WHAT A CROC OF BULL SHIT. -

We went in here a couple times during our trip to the beach to get sandwiches to take back to the beach. The service was quick and the subs were good. Prices pretty reasonable.
They had $4.99 all-you-can-eat pizza for dine in, might be worth checking out if you're starving (not sure if it was lunch only though). -

OMG!
This is the pizza to devour as well as forsaking the idea of watching what you eat. If you're vacationing at the beach, why the hell would you wanna diet? This is the one place you wanna suspend any notion or talks of eating right.
All I can say is to get a size smaller than you really want. I had ordered a medium and it was actually an x-large. So, they're like New York-sized. The pizzas themselves are thin and perfect. The cheese and toppings don't slide right off the crust and scald your laps.
Just fabulous! -

Pizza was just ok ... the service was AWFUL. I asked the guy at the counter if they had a kids menu and his reply was, "order a slice of pizza and cut it in half."
The interior is run down and smelled funny so we sat outside which was much more pleasant. Plus, I didn't have to listen to the guy behind the counter be rude to anyone else. -

Pretty poor excuse for pizza; bland, and the crust is doughy and chewy. Lazzara's is a much better option IMO.

Food is decent, employees are typically angry and short, atmosphere is typically hectic but we got there mid afternoon so it was much better. My brother put one large slice completely in his mouth...try that one out for size.

This is the best Pizza of the region! We love it - first thing we do when we come to Emerald Isle is to go to Michaelangelo's. I wish we had one in Charlotte!

Great pizza. Check out their other locations in Atlantic Beach and Swansboro.

i've been going to this place since I was approximately 7 years old (1995) and it is always amazing. seriously. it's good pizza period, but the fact that it's at the beach makes it that much better. gets crazy in the summer and the pizza quality declines slightly at these peaks, but normally you'll be very pleased. just don't foul up your expectations...this is a pizza joint, but a really good one.

Always get delivery from here the first night of vacation. It's not the best pizza in the world, but it's best I have had on the island.
