Men, women, children - Michael J is the guy to see. Never thought I'd go to a "salon" but after 25 years of going to Stupid Cuts or Floyd's, I have finally found the gem that is MJs. He is always on time, has a friendly staff that greets you for a wash and conditioning, and then you're off to his chair for him to work his magic.

Complimentary beverages during the visit don't hurt either.

Highly recommend you give him a try...you won't regret it.

Stacey was amazing! My short pixie hairstyle with highlights isn't always easy for a hairdresser to handle the first time but she did a great job and I'm so happy I've found my gal!

I originally made an appointment with no vision of what I wanted.
We talked about it while he cleaned up my ridiculous mop, and then settled on something to accentuate my jawline.

I have been going to this place since my barber of 30-some-odd years finally retired, and I really like their work! They are extremely professional Friendly, and know their business backward and forward. Also, the hairwash is practically a scalp massage! Go just for that. lol.

I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great color, style, and cut. I will give you the heads up that you need to make an apointment first! They are usually booked weeks in advance, but I have called them on short notice and they are very good about working you in if they have a cancelation.

They do ask for 24-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Stacey Harris at Michael J Salon is the best! So professional and talented! An expert with naturally curly hair! Great with teen boys- my kids refuse to go to anyone but her!

Stacey is the best! She can handle my curly mop with no problem. She is wonderful with color, cut and brazialian blow outs. I cannot recommend her enough. If I could give 1000 stars I would. She is very popular so get an appointment early! But don't take mine ;)

Great salon...my hair always looks amazing after I get it done. Michael J is very friendly and really knows how to cut hair. Also every friend that I have reccomened this salon to has loves their hair and has gone back...it's a great choice!

Kallen is the best! I started going to her 3 years ago after a botched color/cut. She fixed it and I haven't gone to anyone else since. I love that I can bring in a picture of a hairstyle I like and she'll advise me on a cut and shape that would work for my face. I like to try new styles and I've never had a cut I didn't like from Kallen.
