My husband and I have been in here two times, and the food was awesome! I can't believe it has so many bad reviews, since we've had good experiences both times.

The first time both food and service were stellar! The second time the food was just as great, but the service was less than stellar. However, on the second visit there was only one waitress, and there were a few tables, so I think she was just slammed.

If you are looking for inexpensive Chinese/Vietnamese food on the Peninsula, this place is a must. The Pho was easily the best we've had in a while, and the crispy scallion cake appetizer was on point. If you're in Burlingame, check this place out.

I was so disappointed with this place that I signed up for Yelp on my cell phone and wrote this review on the spot!  What can I say...this place sucks. What's up with booze for sale on the bar counter w/ prices hand written on cut out paper and scotch-taped to the bottles!!!

To say the food was mediocre is too kind. We had shredded chicken in lettuce cups, Kung pao chicken, and dry sauteed string bean.  They all tasted similar and were boring to the palate.  This is the type of Asian food you would get in a town of 500 people in Wyoming.  Sorry to my friends in Wyoming, this is just an illustration.

Relatively overpriced. A $6 bowl of chicken noodle soup cost almost $9. The server was quick but she argued loudly over the phone foralkost the entirety of my meal. Go to the back room, I don't need to hear about your BS.

The soup was mediocre, not outstanding. The presentation was good but the follow up was sad.

Haven't tried their rice dishes but at this point I really don't care to.

The food was fresh, plentiful and the staff was courteous and very accommodating.
Details; when I'm feeling puny I often seek hot spicy soup for a cure. I crawled out of the house in the neighborhood to give them try. Upon review of the menu, nothing appealed to me. I asked the waitress over and let her know I was looking for hot spicy vegetable soup and asked if she would ask the owner, Tina to make something special. Bingo! she came back, suggested some vegetables and I had my unique order.  It was great and after finishing, I order the Kung Pao chicken (staple) and was pleased with the freshness and quantity.
If you are in Burlingame and craving Asian Cuisine for lunch or dinner, look for this restaurant directly across the street from Wells Fargo on Burlingame Avenue

If I could...I would give this place 0 stars! I ordered vegetable hong style noodles (crunchy) and cheese/ crab puffs/wontons. Both yuck! First off I ordered the food to go...when I got home my noodles were no longer crunchy. The restaurants I order from always place the crunchy noodles in a sep container and the vegetables in a sep container...so I can enjoy the crunchy noodles. Anyways, the sauce they cooked the vegetables in...yuck!!!! The meal was disgusting. I spent like $23 and I took a bite and threw in the garbage! Such a disappointment! Still on the search for a Chinese restaurant in Bgame...to love...

I've eaten here three times, once with a person who is extremely picky about his chinese food and says he wants to come back next time he is in town. I know this place has gotten some poor reviews but I've got to say, I find it to be quite good. I find that in a lot of chinese/asian fusion restaurants the sauces all tend to taste the same, but here, each sauce for each entree is distinct and tasty.  They don't use a lot of fillers in the food. The Prawns with Honey Pecans are very, very good. The restaurant is clean, has a full bar (if you are interested in cocktails) and the servers are reluctant to interrupt. I just wave them down if I need something. Give it a try for yourself.

I usually go to TeaNoodle house on Howard St., but this place is alot closer to my house, so I thought I would see how thier pho compares.  I thought it was pretty weak.  The chicken was shaved way too thin, and they got all confused when I wanted them to add other things into the soup.  The flavor was kind of funky as well as being more expensive than where I normally go.  I will keep going back to the place on Howard.

Let me start by saying I was in a rush, starving and too lazy to Yelp. I ordered the Combo Pan Fried Noodles.  When I bit into a shrimp...it was cold. I understand this could happen when a place is busy (no excuse) but I was the only one in the place. There are a lot of places to eat in this location so do not make the same mistake as me!

I was hoping this would be a new spot where I could have lunch but no luck. The food is just not very good. The Vietnamese chicken wings were so salty! The Pho soup base was just not good and they were very tight with the bean sprouts etc....

Best Prawns with Honey Pecans that I have tried.  I normally order this dish when I have Chinese food and I can say this is one of the best.  The sauce is not the ordinary mayo sauce that you get at other restaurants. Their sauce is special.  I don't know what secret ingredient they put in it but everyone in our party liked it.  The glazed pecans instead of the walnuts was also a very good.

We also had the eggplant with tofu, vegetable egg roll, and fish with mixed vegetables. All were excellent.  All the ingredients were fresh.  No MSG.  Sauce on the eggplant was just right, not too salty or spicy. The egg rolls were nice and crispy with the vegetables not over cooked.  The fish and the vegetable dish was cooked just right, not over done.  We also tried their kung pao chicken, broccoli chicken, and combination fried rice which was all very good.  For dessert we had the fried bananas with ice cream which hit the spot.  Perfect dessert after our meal.

We were seated at the back room which can fit up to 20 people.  The perfect place for a small party.  We had no problem finding parking.  Very close to the freeway exit on HWY 101.  Price was very reasonable for the quality of the food.  Excellent fast service.

An asian fusion place with the range of pho to chinese to thai. Unfortunately not successful in all arenas, but that might be expected of the neighborhood and style of restaurant - Milbrae, gotta remember to go to Milbrae if I'm craving Asian!

It was the worst restaurant that I've been to. The service was ok, but everything else was awful. The prawns were not cooked. My husband ordered Mongolia lamb and the portion was very small. I didn't eat almost anything. We left hungry and angry!
