Contacted me before arrival, arrived on time. Was efficient and ask about any issues since last service. Recommended solutions to any issues we were having and was very professional.

We have been using MIL for pest control for years. They have been consistent with their service and outcomes. Max came by yesterday to finish our outside application and did a great job. He sent us a text the night before and the day of when he was on the way and was very professional when he arrived. I would recommend MIL.

Joe did an excellent job on our quarterly maitenance. He cleaned all the cobwebs on the exterior, looked at all the baithouses outside, and sprayed inside. He was informative on what he did during his service visit, very friendly, and personable.

I had someone come out to fix our vole problem but the voles never went away and the service person didn't even come back for the follow up appointment as promised.

I had traveled and was paranoid about bringing back evil bugs. Men in Black came out multiple times to check and saw no signs, I realized that I was getting mosquito bites and just not seeing when they were biting me outside. When the fall came, I stopped getting bites. I would send them photos of suspicious things and they were always quick to respond and were never annoyed with my questions. If I ever have a pest problem I am using them.

Our contractor didn't properly close our vents so we ended up with a huge family of birds inside them. Called a few places and Men in Black was the only one to return all calls and came as promised. Reasonable pricing and great work ethics. Highly recommended.

I've used MIB twice and they've always done a great job with pest control. Mice, in my case. This time around it was Joe who called ahead to let me know when he would be arriving which was right as scheduled. He was efficient, explained what he was doing and provided a great recommendation for maintenance options moving forward. I will continue to use MIB as needed and would recommend to my neighbors.
