Totally unprofessional office. I had one appointment with this doctor for a consultation, which lasted twenty minutes. All she did was talk with me and take a couple pictures. Her timeline was way off of what her office could do with insurance and then, of course, surgery time. I made a couple inquiry calls to see where we were at...they had never sent in the appropriate paperwork for insurance approval and hadn't bothered to call and let me know. And then, didn't return my calls. I, then, called to let them know I wasn't going to use this doctor. Two months later, I received a bill for a $450. office visit! No one will return a call to discuss the matter, including their billing office. I sent a note back that I thought this was outrageous and that insurance hadn't paid me. Three months later, I'm turned over to collection. Horrible office!!
