Mechanical Air

They do AC maintnance for the buildingsin my business complex. AC guy driving their van intentionally cut me off and motioned to hit me. He drove off ranting and was clearly pissed off. The next day I went to speak to the owner of the company and let him know the situation that happpened while his employee is in His company...he stared said nothing and chuckled. Pretty mature.

I made the right choice hiring this company, so glad I did! I manage a construction company and know all to well that mishaps happen occasionally but when the mishap happened the problem was resolved within min and our little misfortune was handled before I could even blink. Love this company and the crew they were all very nice and even cleaned up after themselves. My A/C and Heater work fantastic. Thank you Mechanical Air.

I have made appointments with this company two times and both times they did not show up or call. When I call to find out whats going on, William the person I have been speaking with, makes up some excuse or says he thought it was at a different time. Maybe one time there might be a mix up, but two times, i don't think so.

If the businesses work is anything like their customer service, I would stay away from them.

After shopping around for the best price for a new air conditioning unit, Mechanical Air managed to beat out the competitors. Besides the fantastic pricing, they were in and out with the set up with our new unit. I'm not an easy person to please but Mechanical Air managed to do just that. I'm very happy with our new A/C. Here in southern California, air conditioning is very important. This heat wave has made my clients upset when they sit in the lobby at our office. Thankfully I called Mechanical Air just in time. They came out that same day, gave me an evaluation of my ac unit at my office. Next day it was fixed. Awesome. Me and my clients are all smiles. Wow! We are now (finally) in control of our climate thanks to the wonderful folks at Mechanical Air. We made the decision to have central air installed into our 1958 La Mirada home and got a great referral to this company. Paul came out to our house the next day and the day after we received a very reasonable estimate. Amanda the office manager was constantly in contact through the process. William, the owner, was on the job with his amazing crew and in less than 10 days our old asbestos- wrapped ductwork was safely removed, new ductwork installed, a new central heating unit and a/c unit and refrigerant lines installed, and we can now heat and cool to our hearts' content. Highest recommendation for this team of professionals!

We called two other companies on a Friday morning and none could help us the same day when our downstairs unit started blowing warm air instead of cold. William and Frank to the rescue! I called them at 8 am and at 9:30 my unit was fixed..just fuses I definitely will call them again with any issues related to our AC units and highly recommend them! Btw, the bill was less than $100. Do not hesitate to call this company for any AC repairs!!!

My air condition stopped blowing cold air so i found William W Mechanical Air on Yelp. He was able to come out the same day and ran a few test to find out my AC sprung a leak he explained I needed a hose and a complete charge and explained the importance of service work which i have neglected. thanks for the Great job and the tutorial:)

I recently was in the market for a new AC and Heating unit. I was referred to Mechanical Air and they were my 3rd quote. They were not my cheapest quote but they were the best quote I felt for for what they were offering and the service and warranty I felt would be in place should I ever need it. So far everything is working great! I did have a bit of a hiccup at the end when I was left with no paperwork or warranty info on my units and it it took some time to get but William came back out and provided me everything I needed. I would recommend them.
