Great small local dive right off the "tourist" street of Kuhio and Kalakahua. You'll get a lot of food and your choice of sides range from Macaroni Salad to Steamed Broccoli and even Jabchai if they don't run out.

For breakfast they even offer the local favorite of spam and eggs.

Yummy Korean Vegetarian Plates, # 31 or # 32 ($6.00 & $6.50). I've been eating their food for many years. It's fast, though not always polite. I usually do take out to the beach, though on occasions I have brought it to family gatherings. It's my staple. Right around the corner on Kuhio Ave. is Ruffage, another veggie friendly, hole in the wall, which I rely on to sustain me too. Wow, 2 veggie restaurants in the same block!
