My hubby bowls here on leagues and seems to love the people he bowls with. I suck at the game but its good fun and with the security is safe for the whole family.
Im a fan of this place since my hubby is!
Haven't been to Rock and Bowl in forever, but I distinctly remember 25 cent beers!! YES!
Place seems to always be poppin. Venue was clean and staff was very nice. Price is average like every other bowling place.

It's a nice establishment and they have tons of lanes. They have pretty good food, the pizza is a must! It lacks a certain "it" factor to me, not sure why. I would generally describe customer service as "less then personable". You have to be a squeaky wheel to get some grease here or they won't notice you. The remodel on the interior is very nice and they've stepped it up quite a bit but the exterior leads me to wonder. I thought it was another new grocery store when I first saw it on the outside. Something about the hot pink and hot blue lettering doesn't exactly jive.
On $1.50 Wednesday nights, the lanes are very dry and it can be hard to get a good roll. But being that it's cheapskate night, I guess for lack of better term, then they could care less about keeping the lanes oiled. The music they play can be downright brutal. Hopefully they've improved on this. Imagine about 20 MP3s. On repeat. For three hours. "Save a horse, ride a cowboy", indeed.

I bowled the NorCal Junior Championship here this past weekend and shot a 651 series for singles which was pretty amazing. I played the 5 board all day and hit pocket all day. Great lanes.
So 88 dollars and 6 happy little girls later I leave this place. Who knew that bowling could be so damn expensive??!!? ...The place is being remodeled, thank God! It's been the same since I was 8. It's still a fun place to go for good old clean family fun. Just make it an early night, the high school crew starts to take over around 830-9. Man I feel old! ...I'd give it 3.5 stars, I'm still miffed about dropping $88.00.

A bit pricey unless you drop in on quarter nights (sun. and tues.), in which you should show up for an hour in advance just to be sure you get a lane. Large hall and usually tons of people. Good family fun. They play terrible music most of the time, though.
