McDonald's

Food at this McDonald's is just as good as any other McDonald's but they've messed up my order more times then I can remember. The only reason I go back is because it's conveniently close to where I live.

Awesome job today at Southland Mc Donald's. Food was fast, hot, and order was correct. Employees were friendly and seemed to be on the ball this trip. Keep whatever you've changed going, as I can usually never recommend this store. Great Job!!!

First they gave us the wrong order, then we tried to correct them and they yelled at us! They didn't give us spoons for our sundaes and they put one singular sliver of onion of my McDouble to be petty. They also gave me a half filled drink with no straw. Not happy with this McDonald's at all. Very bad atmosphere and I'll drive the extra few miles to another restaurant

i just went up order food for my family in one of the lady in the drive thru with braids had a nasty ass attitude!! she ack like she couldn't hear what i asked for !! then i get to the second window in I'm asking for sauce for all four of my nuggets i got.. the lady didn't give us sauce for all i asked for extra she say its 55 damn cents that why nobody gonna come to y'all damn job y'all charge for every damn thing in y'all customers service sucks i will never come back to eat here !! yeah ofc its a business yes ill buy but when you charging for sauce yeah no that a turn off alone with yall service

To say it lightly, they have terrible customer service at the drive thru and inside at the counter. I do not recommend going here.

I would do no stars if I could! Girls with crocs on in the kitchen, girls with tshirts tied up so you can see their belly button. Girls playing with their hair and texting then putting food in bags for customers. Manager just yells doesn't correct. Completely ridiculous to watch and if I didn't have my kids with me I definitely would have said something to the manager. Hell I asked a girl for our cups and she looked at me and walked away?!? How the hell do these people think they are worth $15+ an hour?!?

Just some helpful advice. If you enter the order in correct the first time, rather than yelling to people on the line maybe customers orders will come out correctly.

Management should invest in quality training.
Waited in line for over 20 minutes for ice coffee that came with coffee grounds on the bottom.

Again management, spend some time and train your employees.

Let me explain. We all try to avoid fast food right? Sometimes you gotta tho. I travel for a living and this one takes the cake. So I always go inside when doing fast food except late night or I'm in my PJs because I want to see how my food is handled.

Last time I came inside the power went out after I placed my order. Cashier starts yelling yay I'm going to get my nails done etc.. Did a little dance. Smh. I had already paid so I'm not amused. Ended up with my meal so OK but Wth? Drive thru in my PJs. Waited about 15 min. Nobody is responding to either speaker. Some folks are pulling off. Others going directly to window then pulling off with no bags. I ended up pulling off after 20 minutes. No idea what was going on.

Tonight. 2 cars in drive thru. Get to speaker and person started saying we can't accept no credit cards no debit cards and if you want to still place an order hold on a few minutes. Inside closed, why can't you put something on the first order speaker that they do not use and why am I holding on when there's no one here? I left. Go on down to the McDonalds on Reynolds or airport highway. Copy n pasting this to corporate. This spot is scandalous

I haven't ever left a review for a fast food place but these are different times. I was running through to get a cheeseburger for my son. Waited a good while. They gave the car in front of us and us the wrong food and the girl working the window didn't have a mask. Not even a mask worn incorrectly, no mask period.

Went inside used the machine to order. Said for here and paid the tax. Said I needed to pick a table number and they would bring out. Checked my receipt completely blank out of in for a long time. Waited at least 10 minutes and went up. It was sitting on the counter in a to go bag. Asked for my drink cup. Turns out they are out of Diet Coke. Seriously and I got zero drink. Not quite the best $1 drink. Food was ok but chicken was old.

I wouldn't eat here or work here. They treat the workers like shit. The manager don't care and same with crew. They don't switch gloves after touching raw meat. This is the worse McDonald's I've been at.
